Chemicals used for treatment of swimming pool water - Sodium hydroxide

This European Standard is applicable to sodium hydroxide solution used directly or for the production of formulations for treating swimming pool water. It describes the characteristics and specifies the requirements and the corresponding test methods for sodium hydroxide. It gives information on its use for treating swimming pool water and determines the rules relating to safe handling and use (see Annex B).

Diese Europäische Norm gilt für Natriumhydroxid-Lösung, die direkt zur Aufbereitung von Schwimm- und Badebeckenwasser oder zum Herstellen von Zubereitungen für diesen Zweck verwendet wird. Sie beschreibt die Eigenschaften von Natriumhydroxid und legt die Anforderungen sowie die entsprechenden Prüfverfahren für Natriumhydroxid fest. Sie enthält Angaben zur Anwendung von Natriumhydroxid in der Aufbereitung von Schwimm- und Badebeckenwasser und legt Regeln für die sichere Handhabung und Verwendung fest (siehe Anhang B).

La présente Norme européenne est applicable à l'hydroxyde de sodium en solution utilisé directement ou pour la préparation de formulations pour traiter les eaux de piscines. Elle décrit les caractéristiques et spécifie les exigences et les méthodes d’essais correspondantes applicables à l’hydroxyde de sodium. Elle donne des informations pour son emploi pour traiter les eaux de piscines et fixe les règles relatives à la sécurité d’emploi et de manipulation (voir Annexe B).

Ta evropski standard se uporablja za raztopino natrijevega hidroksida, ki se lahko uporablja neposredno ali za izdelavo komercialnih oblik za pripravo bazenske vode. Opisuje značilnosti natrijevega hidroksida ter določa zahteve in ustrezne preskusne metode zanj. Podaja informacije za uporabo natrijevega hidroksida pri pripravi bazenske vode in določa pravila za varno ravnanje in uporabo (glej dodatek B).
