Standard EN 13120 + A1 določa zahteve, ki jih morajo notranja senčila izpolnjevati, ko so nameščena na stavbo. Obravnava tudi pomembna tveganja pri strojih, povezana s konstrukcijo, prevozom, namestitvijo, delovanjem in vzdrževanjem notranjih senčil (glej seznam pomembnih tveganj v dodatku B).
