Flexible sheets for waterproofing - Plastic and rubber damp proof sheets including plastic and rubber basement tanking sheet - Definitions and characteristics

This document specifies definitions and characteristics of flexible plastic and rubber sheets for which the intended use is as damp proofing for buildings, including basement tanking. It specifies the requirements and test methods and provides for the evaluation of conformity of the products with the requirements of this standard.

Diese Europäische Norm legt Definitionen und Eigenschaften von Abdichtungsbahnen aus Kunststoffen und Elastomeren mit Feuchtigkeitssperre fest, die zur Abdichtung von Bauwerken und Bauwerksgründungen dienen. Sie enthält Festlegungen der Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren sowie der Bewertung der Konformität von Produkten nach den Anforderungen dieser Norm.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les définitions et les caractéristiques des feuilles souples plastiques et élastomères dont l'usage prévu consiste à empêcher les remontées capillaires du sol dans les bâtiments. Elle spécifie les exigences et les méthodes d'essai et fournit des indications relatives à l'évaluation de la conformité des produits aux exigences de la présente norme.
