Rubber and plastics hoses and hose assemblies - Ratios of proof and burst pressure to design working pressure (ISO 7751:1991)

Specifies only ratios. The methods to perform the proof and burst tests are specified in ISO 1402. This second edition cancels and replaces the first edition (1983).

Diese Internationale Norm legt die Verhältnisse von Prüf- und Mindestberst- druck zum Betriebsdruck, für verschiedene Betriebsarten eines Schlauches fest. Die Verfahren und Versuchsanordnungen sind in ISO 1402 festgelegt.

La présente Norme internationale prescrit les rapports de la pression d'épreuve et de la pression minimale d'éclatement à la pression de service, pour différents types de service des tuyaux. Les méthodes et modes opératoires pour exécuter les essais à la pression d'épreuve et à la pression d'éclatement sont prescrits dans l'ISO 1402.

Foreword
IS0 (the International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide
federation of national standards bodies (IS0 member bodies). The work
of preparing International Standards is normally carried out through IS0
technical committees. Each member body interested in a subject for
which a technical committee has been established has the right to be
represented on that committee. International organizations, govern-
mental and non-governmental, in liaison with ISO, also take part in the
work. IS0 collaborates closely with the International Electrotechnical
Commission (IEC) on all matters of electrotechnical standardization.
Draft International Standards adopted by the technical committees are
circulated to the member bodies for voting. Publication as an lnter-
