Leather - Determination of flex resistance - Part 1: Flexometer method (ISO 5402-1:2011)

ISO 5402-1:2011 specifies a method for determining the wet or dry flex resistance of leather and finishes applied to leather. It is applicable to all types of flexible leather which are less than 3,0 mm thick.

Dieser Teil von ISO 5402 legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Nass- oder Trockenbiegefestigkeit von Leder
und von Lederzurichtungen fest. Das Verfahren gilt für alle flexiblen Lederarten mit einer Dicke kleiner als
3,0 mm.

L'ISO 5402-1:2011 spécifie une méthode pour déterminer la résistance à la flexion d'un cuir à l'état sec ou à l'état humide et des finitions appliquées au cuir. Elle s'applique à tous les types de cuir «flexibles» dont l'épaisseur est inférieure à 3,0 mm.

Ta del standarda ISO 5402 določa metodo za ugotavljanje odpornosti proti upogibanju mokrega ali suhega usnja in končnih premazov, ki se nanesejo na usnje. Uporablja se za vse vrste upogljivega usnja, ki so tanjše od 3,0 mm.

This document (EN ISO 5402-1:2011) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 289 “Leather”, the
secretariat of which is held by UNI, in collaboration with IULTCS "International Union of Leather Technologists
and Chemists Societies".
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by June 2012, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at
the latest by June 2012.
