IEC 60364-7-717:2009 is applicable to mobile or transportable units. For the purposes of this standard, the term 'unit' refers to a vehicle and/or mobile or transportable structure in which all or part of an electrical installation is contained. Units are either of the mobile type or of the transportable type. Examples are units for television and broadcasting, medical services, advertising, fire fighting, using special information technology, units for disaster relief, catering units and the like. The requirements of this standard also apply where two or more units are connected together to form a single electrical installation. This second edition cancels and replaces the first edition published in 2001 and constitutes a technical revision. The main changes with respect to the previous edition are as follows: - The scope has been improved, providing more detail; - The content of Clause 717.41 has been updated following the new edition of IEC 60364-4-41; - Clauses concerning protection by automatic disconnection of the supply and additional protection have been introduced; - All figures have been updated.

La CEI 60364-7-717:2009 est applicable aux unités mobiles ou transportables. Dans le cadre de cette norme, le terme 'unité' s'applique à un véhicule et/ou à une structure mobile ou transportable dans lesquels une installation électrique ou une partie de celle-ci est incorporée. Les unités sont soit du type mobile ou du type transportable. Des exemples sont des unités pour la télévision ou la radiodiffusion, les services médicaux, la publicité, la lutte contre l'incendie, utilisant des technologies particulières de traitement de l'information, des unités de secours en cas de désastre, des unités de ravitaillement et similaires. Les spécifications de cette norme s'appliquent également lorsque deux ou plusieurs unités sont interconnectées pour former une seule installation électrique. Cette deuxième édition annule et remplace la première édition publiée en 2001 et constitue une révision technique. Les principales modifications par rapport à l'édition précédente sont les suivantes: - Le domaine d'application a été amélioré et élaboré; - Le contenu de l'Article 717.41 a été mis à jour, suite à la nouvelle édition de la CEI 60364-4-41; - Les articles concernant la protection par coupure automatique de l'alimentation et la protection supplémentaire ont été ajoutées; - Toutes les figures ont été mises à jour.

Nizkonapetostne električne inštalacije - 7-717. del: Zahteve za posebne inštalacije ali lokacije - Premične ali prenosne enote

Posebne zahteve, kot so določene v tem delu HD 60364, veljajo za inštalacije z izmeničnim ali enosmernim tokom za premične ali prenosne enote. Za to delo se izraz »enota« naslavlja na vozilo in/ali premično oziroma prenosno strukturo, v kateri je vsebovana celotna ali samo del električne inštalacije. Enote so ali premične (uporabljajo kolesa), na primer samognane ali vlečene, ali prenosne enote, na primer zabojnik ali kabina, postavljena na osnovni okvir. Primeri so enote za televizijo in radiofuzijo, zdravstvene storitve, oglaševanje, gašenje požarov, ki uporabljajo posebno informacijsko tehnologijo, enote za pomoč pri katastrofah, enote za gostinstvo in podobno.
Zahteve tega dela prav tako veljajo, kadar sta dve enoti ali več enot povezani, da tvorita eno električno inštalacijo (glej 717.551.6 in 717.551.7).
Zahteve ne veljajo za:
– plovila za prosti čas (glej IEC 60092-507),
– mobilne stroje, ki so v skladu z EN 60204-1,
– vlečno opremo električnih vozil,
– avtodome ali premične domove, pisarne in podobno za razširjeno uporabo na isti lokaciji (glej splošna pravila HD 60364). Kjer je primerno, se morajo upoštevati dodatne zahteve, kot je navedeno v drugih klavzulah 7. dela, npr. za tuše, zdravstvene prostore itd.

Foreword
The text of document 64/1675/FDIS, future edition 2 of IEC 60364-7-717, prepared by IEC TC 64, Electrical
installations and protection against electric shock, was submitted to the IEC-CENELEC parallel vote.
A draft amendment, prepared by the Technical Committee CENELEC TC 64, Electrical installations and
protection against electric shock, was submitted to the formal vote.
The combined texts were approved by CENELEC as HD 60364-7-717 on 2009-10-01.
This Harmonization Document supersedes HD 60364-7-717:2004.
The main changes with respect to HD 60364-7-717:2004 are as follows:
– the scope has been improved, providing more detail;
– the content of Clause 717.41 has been updated following the new edition of HD 60364-4-41;
– clauses concerning protection by automatic disconnection of the supply and additional protection have
been introduced;
– all figures have been updated.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent
rights. CEN and CENELEC shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights.

Standard SIST HD 60364-7-717 (sl), Nizkonapetostne električne inštalacije – 7-717. del: Zahteve za
posebne inštalacije ali lokacije – Premične ali prenosne enote, 2011, ima status slovenskega standarda
in je istoveten evropskemu standardu HD 60364-7-717 (en), Low-voltage electrical installations – Part
7-717: Requirements for special installations or locations – Mobile or transportable units, 2010.

Ta standard nadomešča SIST HD 60364-7-717:2005.

NACIONALNI PREDGOVOR

Evropski standard HD 60364-7-717:2010 je pripravil tehnični odbor Evropskega komiteja za
standardizacijo v elektrotehniki CLC/TC 64 Električne inštalacije in zaščita pred električnim udarom.
Evropski standard je spremenjen mednarodni standard IEC 60364-7-717:2009, ki ga je pripravil tehnični
odbor Mednarodne elektrotehniške komisije IEC/TC 64 Električne inštalacije in zaščita pred električnim
udarom. Slovenski standard SIST HD 60364-7-717:2011 je prevod evropskega standarda HD 60364-7-
717:2010. V primeru spora glede besedila slovenskega prevoda v tem standardu je odločilen izvirni
evropski standard v angleškem jeziku. Slovensko izdajo standarda je pripravil tehnični odbor SIST/TC
ELI Nizkonapetostne in komunikacijske električne inštalacije.

Odločitev za privzem tega standarda po metodi ponatisa je v marcu 2011 sprejel tehnični odbor SIST/TC
ELI.
