Uskladitev izolacije za opremo v okviru nizkonapetostnih sistemov - 3. del: Zaščita pred onesnaženjem s prevlekami, zapiranjem v ohišja ali zalivanjem - Dopolnilo A1 (IEC 60664-3:2003/A1:2010)

Ta del velja za montaže, zaščitene pred onesnaževanjem s prevlekami, zapiranjem v ohišja ali z zalivanjem, kar omogoča zmanjševanje čiščenja in razdalj pri uhajanju, kot je opisano v Delu 1 ali Delu 2. Ta standard opisuje zahteve in preskusne postopke za dve metodi zaščite:  - zaščita tipa 1 izboljšuje mikrookolje zaščitenih delov; zaščita tipa 2 se šteje za podobno trdni izolaciji. Ta standard velja tudi za vse vrste zaščitenih tiskanih plošč, vključno s površino notranjih plasti večplastnih plošč, substratov in podobno zaščitenih montaž, v primeru večplastnih tiskanih plošč pa so razdalje med notranjo plastjo zajete v zahtevah za trdno zaščito v Delu 1. This amendment A1 modifies the European Standard EN 60664-3:2003; it was approved by CENELEC on
2010-06-01. CENELEC members are bound to comply with the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations which
stipulate the conditions for giving this amendment the status of a national standard without any alteration.

Up-to-date lists and bibliographical references concerning such national standards may be obtained on
application to the Central Secretariat or to any CENELEC member.

This amendment exists in three official versions (English, French, German). A version in any other language
made by translation under the responsibility of a CENELEC member into its own language and notified to the
Central Secretariat has the same status as the official versions.

The text of document 109/79/FDIS, future amendment 1 to IEC 60664-3:2003, prepared by IEC TC 109,
Insulation co-ordination for low-voltage equipment, was submitted to the IEC-CENELEC parallel vote and
was approved by CENELEC as amendment A1 to EN 60664-3:2003 on 2010-06-01.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of
patent rights. CEN and CENELEC shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent
rights.

It includes methods of electrical testing with respect to insulation coordination. The minimum clearances specified in this document do not apply where ionized gases are present. Special requirements for such situations can be specified at the discretion of the relevant technical committee. This document does not deal with distances: – through liquid insulation; – through gases other than air; – through compressed air. This edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition:
update of the Scope, Clauses 2 and 3,
addition of 1 500 V DC into tables,
new structure for Clauses 4 and 5,
addition of Annex G with a flowchart for clearances,

Insulation coordination for equipment within low-voltage systems - Part 4: Consideration of high-frequency voltage stress
SIST EN 60664-4:2007

Deals with basic, supplementary and reinforced insulation subjected to high-frequency voltage stress within low-voltage equipment. The dimensioning values directly apply for basic insulation; for reinforced insulation additional requirements apply according to Part 1. It is applicable for the dimensioning of clearances, creepage distances and solid insulation stressed by any type of periodic voltages with a fundamental frequency above 30 kHz and up to 10 MHz. This part of EN 60664 can only be used together with EN 60664-1 or with EN 60664-5 (in this standard called Part 1 or Part 5). By using Part 1 or Part 5 together with this part the frequency limit of Part 1 or Part 5 is extended to frequencies higher than 30 kHz. This part also applies to Part 3 for frequencies greater than 30 kHz and protection of type 1. For type 2 protection this question is under consideration. Applies to equipment for use up to 2 000 m above sea level having a rated voltage up to a.c. 1 000 V. Specifies the requirements for clearances, creepage distances and solid insulation for equipment based upon their performance criteria. lt includes methods of electric testing with respect to insulation coordination. The minimum clearances specified in this part do not apply where ionized gases occur. Special requirements for such situations may be specified at the discretion of the relevant technical committee. This part does not deal with distances - through liquid insulation, - through gases other than air, - through compressed air. The object of this standard is to guide technical committees responsible for different equipment in order to rationalise their requirements so that insulation coordination is achieved when specifying clearances in air, creepage distances and solid insulation for equipment. Insulation co-ordination - Part 2: Application guidelines

This part of IEC 60071 constitutes application guidelines and deals with the selection of insulation levels of equipment or installations for three-phase a.c. systems. Its aim is to give guidance for the determination of the rated withstand voltages for ranges I and II of IEC 60071- 1 and to justify the association of these rated values with the standardized highest voltages for equipment. This association is for insulation co-ordination purposes only. The requirements for human safety are not covered by this document. This document covers three-phase a.c. systems with nominal voltages above 1 kV. The values derived or proposed herein are generally applicable only to such systems. However, the concepts presented are also valid for two-phase or single-phase systems. This document covers phase-to-earth, phase-to-phase and longitudinal insulation. This document is not intended to deal with routine tests. These are to be specified by the relevant product committees. The content of this document strictly follows the flow chart of the insulation co-ordination process presented in Figure 1 of IEC 60071-1:2019. Clauses 5 to 8 correspond to the squares in this flow chart and give detailed information on the concepts governing the insulation coordination process which leads to the establishment of the required withstand levels. This document emphasizes the necessity of considering, at the very beginning, all origins, all classes and all types of voltage stresses in service irrespective of the range of highest voltage for equipment. Only at the end of the process, when the selection of the standard withstand voltages takes place, does the principle of covering a particular service voltage stress by a standard withstand voltage apply. Also, at this final step, this document refers to the correlation made in IEC 60071-1 between the standard insulation levels and the highest voltage for equipment. The annexes contain examples and detailed information which explain or support the concepts described in the main text, and the basic analytical techniques used.

IEC 60071-11:2022 applies to high-voltage direct current (HVDC) systems. It specifies the principles on the procedures for the determination of the specified withstand voltages, creepage distance and air clearances for the equipment and the installations of these systems. This document gives the insulation co-ordination principles related to line commutated converter (LCC) and voltage sourced converters (VSC) HVDC systems. The main principles of this document also apply to other special converter configurations of LCC, such as the capacitor commutated converter (CCC) as well as the controlled series compensated converter (CSCC), etc. This document applies to insulation co-ordination of equipment connected between the converter AC bus (including the AC harmonic filters, the converter transformer, the circuit breakers) and the DC line side. The line and cable terminations in so far as they influence the insulation co-ordination of converter station equipment are also covered. This document applies only for HVDC applications in power systems and not for industrial conversion equipment. Principles and guidance given are for insulation co-ordination purposes only. The requirements for human safety are not covered by this document. This international standard replaces, in conjunction with IEC 60071-12, IEC 60071-5 published in 2014. This edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to IEC 60071‑5:2014:
This standard applies to both LCC and VSC HVDC systems whereas IEC 60071-5 only dealt with LCC HVDC system;
Annex C (normative) gives the recommended specified withstand voltage (LI and SI);
Annex C (normative) gives the minimum air clearances;
Annex E shows the correlation of clauses between this standard and IEC 60071-5:2014.

This document deals only with metal-oxide surge arresters, without gaps, which are used in modern HVDC converter stations. Typical arrester protection schemes and stresses of arresters are presented. Annex A contains examples of insulation co-ordination for LCC HVDC converters which support the concepts described in the main text, and the basic analytical techniques used.
