Hand-held motor-operated electric tools - Safety - Part 2-6: Particular requirements for hammers

Deals with the safety of hand-held motor-operated or magnetically driven tools, specifically hammers.The rated voltage of the hammers is not more than 250 V for single-phase a.c. or d.c., and 440 V for three-phase a.c. tools. Tools covered by this standard include but are not limited to percussion and rotary hammers.

Obravnava varnost motornih ali magnetno gnanih ročnih orodij, zlasti kladiv. Nazivna napetost ne sme presegati 250 V za orodja z enofaznim izmeničnim ali enosmernim tokom in 440 V za orodja s trofaznim izmeničnim tokom. Orodja, ki jih zajema ta standard, med drugim vključujejo udarna in vrtalna kladiva.
