1 INTRODUCTION
2 The CDV proposed for Amendment 2 to IEC 61000-4-34 Ed. 1.1 (= IEC 61000-4-34:2005 plus
3 IEC 61000-4-34/AMD1:2009) is based on 77A/1179/Q, 77A/1187e/RQ and follows
4 77A/1192A/RR, 77A/1228e/CD, 77A/1232/CC.
5 This CDV contains the following main changes in comparison with IEC 61000-4-34 ED 1.1:
6 • Addition of a note in Annex C: The sign of phase angles of three-phase systems may
7 differ depending on the convention used. It should be noted that phase angles opposite
