Ferrite cores - Guidelines on dimensions and the limits of surface irregularities - Part 10: PM-cores and associated parts

IEC 63093-10:2022 specifies the dimensions that are of importance for mechanical interchangeability for a preferred range of PM-cores made of magnetic oxides, the main dimensions for coil formers to be used with these cores and the locations of their pins on a modular printed wiring grid in relation to the base outlines of cores. It also specifies the effective parameter values to be used in calculations and gives guidelines on allowable limits of surface irregularities applicable to the PM-cores.

L'IEC 63093-10:2022 spécifie les dimensions qui jouent un rôle majeur dans l'interchangeabilité mécanique d'une gamme préférentielle de noyaux PM constitués d'oxydes magnétiques, les dimensions principales des supports de bobine à utiliser avec ces noyaux et les emplacements de leurs broches sur une grille d'un circuit imprimé modulaire par rapport aux encombrements de base des noyaux. Elle spécifie également les valeurs des paramètres effectifs à utiliser dans les calculs et les lignes directrices relatives aux limites admissibles pour les irrégularités de surface applicables aux noyaux PM.

Standard IEC 63093-10:2022 določa mere, ki so pomembne za mehansko medsebojno zamenljivost prednostnega razpona feritnih Pm-jeder iz magnetnih oksidov, bistvene mere tuljave, ki se uporablja s temi jedri, ter položaje njihovih priključkov na modularni mreži tiskanega vezja glede na osnovno sestavo jeder. Določa tudi vrednosti efektivnih parametrov, ki se uporabljajo pri izračunih, in podaja smernice glede omejitev površinskih nepravilnosti, ki veljajo za PM-jedra.

parallel vote and approved by CENELEC as EN IEC 63093-10:2022.
The following dates are fixed:
• latest date by which the document has to be implemented at national (dop) 2023-02-26
level by publication of an identical national standard or by endorsement
• latest date by which the national standards conflicting with the (dow) 2025-05-26
document have to be withdrawn

This document supersedes EN 61247:1997 and all of its amendments and corrigenda (if any).
