Inductive components - Reliability management

IEC 62211:2017(E) sets up a broad basis of electric and mechanical criteria of failure test procedures. This document is applicable to inductive components (chokes and transformers) based on magnetically soft materials. This edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition: a) continuous shock and mechanical shock are integrated in the test conditions; b) the normative references in Table 3 are changed.

L'IEC 62211:2017 établit une large base de critères électriques et mécaniques de procédures d’essais de défaillance. Le présent document est applicable aux composants inductifs (inductances de lissage et transformateurs) utilisant des matériaux magnétiques doux. Il s’agit des composants fondés essentiellement sur des tôles de fer laminées, de matériaux en poudre de fer (et alliages apparentés), ainsi que des ferrites et noyaux à bandes métalliques amorphes ou cristallines. Cette édition inclut les modifications techniques majeures suivantes par rapport à l'édition précédente: a) Intégration du choc continu et du choc mécanique dans les conditions d’essai; b) Modification des références normatives dans le Tableau 3.

Ta dokument se uporablja za induktivne komponente (dušilke in transformatorje), ki temeljijo na mehkomagnetnih materialih. Te komponente temeljijo predvsem na laminiranih železnih ploščah, materialih iz železovega prahu (vključno z zlitinami) ter feritih in jedrih iz amorfnih ali kristalnih kovinskih pasov.
Sestavi navitja pomenijo sestave navitja žice ter večslojne in zlagalne tehnologije planarne tehnologije, vključno z zvitki, ki temeljijo na nemagnetnih materialih. Ta dokument obravnava tudi diskretne komponente in različne vrste površinsko montiranih induktivnih komponent (SMD).
V tem dokumentu je mogoče preveriti tudi zanesljivost sestavov induktivnih komponent, ki temeljijo na več tehnologijah, kot so lepljene vrste, vrste z objemkami (sponkami), impregnirane (premazane) vrste in (vakuumske) zalite vrste.
Naknadna določevanja se lahko uporabijo za primarno kvalifikacijo induktivnih komponent ali za vse načine preiskav prekvalifikacije (načrtovanje, obdelava, spreminjanje in proizvodnja). Uporabijo se lahko tudi za nadzorovanje izdelkov izven dejanskih proizvodnih postopkov.
Ta dokument postavlja široko osnovo električnih in mehanskih meril postopkov preskušanja odpovedi.
Če proizvajalci v tehničnih listih oglašujejo skladnost s tem standardom, lahko kupci zahtevajo podatke, ki dokazujejo skladnost s tem standardom. Kupci lahko zahtevajo tudi, da skladnost izdelka s tem standardom potrdi ustrezen organ.
Kupci in proizvajalci lahko izberejo dodatna merila za preskušanje in merila sprejemljivosti, ki se razlikujejo od meril, ki jih določa ta standard.
