Overview - ISO 15245-2:2001 (Gauge inspection)

ISO 15245-2:2001 specifies the types, dimensions and principles of use of inspection gauges for the sealing systems of parallel threads used to connect valves to gas cylinders (the threads themselves are specified in ISO 15245-1). This part covers plain plug gauges (GO and NOT GO) used to check sealing recess geometry and thread relief for common cylinder neck threads (M18, M25, M30).
