ISO 4383:2012 specifies requirements for multilayer materials for the manufacture of thin-walled plain bearings (half bearings, bushes, thrust washers).

Drsni ležaji - Večslojni materiali za tankostene drsne ležaje

Ta mednarodni standard določa zahteve za večslojne materiale, namenjene za proizvodnjo tankostenskih drsnih ležajev (ležajnih blazinic, puš in aksialnih ležajev). Večslojni material je sestavljen iz jeklene podlage, ležajne plasti (lita, sintrana, valjana) in morda prekrivnega dela. Kemična sestava se nanaša na originalen neobdelan material in se meri na reprezentativnih vzorcih. Preskusni rezultati končnih ležajev se lahko razlikujejo zaradi vpliva proizvodnje ležajev. Zato teh rezultatov ni mogoče primerjati s podatki, ki so navedeni v tem mednarodnem standardu.
OPOMBA V prihodnosti bo zaradi okoljskih zahtev omejena uporaba nekaterih materialov, kot je svinec.

International Standards are drafted in accordance with the rules given in the ISO/IEC Directives, Part 2.
The main task of technical committees is to prepare International Standards. Draft International
