BRIEF HISTORY
The IS0 Recommendation R 1124, Sampling bulk shipments ofcarbon black for the rubber industry, was
drawn up by Technical Committee iSO/TC 45, Rubber, the Secretariat of which is held by the British Standards
Institution (BSl).
Work on this question led to the adoption of a Draft 1SO Recommendation.
In September 1967, this Draft IS0 Recommendation (No. 1303) was circulated to all the IS0 Member
Bodies for enquiry. It was approved, subject to a few modifications of an editorial nature, by the following
Member Bodies :

HISTORIQUE
La Recommandation ISO/R 1 134, Échantillonnage du noir de carbone livré en vrac destiné à 1 ’industrie
du caoutchouc. a été élaborée par le Comité Technique ISO/TC 45, Caoutchouc, dont le Secrétariat est assuré
par la British Standards Institution (BSL).
Les travaux relatifs à cette question aboutirent à l’adoption d’un Projet de Recommandation ISO.
En septembre 1967, ce Projet de Recomniandation IS0 (No 1303) fut soumis à l’enquête de tous les
Comités Membres de 1’ISO. II fut approuvé, sous réserve de quelques modifications d’ordre rédactionnel, par
