Industrial valves — Measurement, test and qualification procedures for fugitive emissions — Part 2: Production acceptance test of valves

ISO 15848-2:2006 specifies test procedures for the evaluation of external leakage of valve stems or shafts and body joints of isolating valves and control valves intended for application with volatile air pollutants and hazardous fluids. End connection joints, vacuum application, effects of corrosion and radiation are excluded. The production acceptance test is intended for standard production valves where fugitive emissions standards are specified.

L'ISO 15848-2:2006 spécifie des modes opératoires pour l'évaluation des fuites externes des tiges (ou arbres) des appareils de robinetterie et des jonctions de corps des robinets de sectionnement et des robinets de régulation destinés à être utilisés au contact de polluants atmosphériques volatils et de fluides dangereux. Les jonctions des raccords d'extrémité, les applications sous vide ainsi que les effets de la corrosion et des rayonnements sont exclus de l'ISO 15848-2:2006. Les essais de réception en production sont prévus pour les appareils de robinetterie normalisés dont les normes d'émissions fugitives sont spécifiées.

Предисловие
Международная организация по стандартизации (ISO) является всемирной федерацией национальных
организаций по стандартизации (комитетов-членов ISO). Разработка международных стандартов
обычно осуществляется техническими комитетами ISO. Каждый комитет-член ISO, заинтересованный
в деятельности, для которой был создан технический комитет, имеет право быть представленным в
этом комитете. Международные организации, правительственные и неправительственные, имеющие

Приемо-сдаточные испытания арматуры на производстве
1 Область применения
Настоящая часть ISO 15848 устанавливает методы испытания для оценки внешней утечки через
уплотнения штока арматуры (или шпинделя) и корпуса запорной арматуры и регулирующей арматуры,
предназначенных для применения с газообразными загрязнителями воздуха и опасными средами.
Уплотнения присоединительных концов арматуры, применение вакуума, влияние коррозии и
облучения из данной части ISO 15848 исключены. Приемо-сдаточные испытания на производстве
предназначены для серийной трубопроводной арматуры, для которой установлены нормы
герметичности по отношению к внешней среде.

Foreword
ISO (the International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies
(ISO member bodies). The work of preparing International Standards is normally carried out through ISO
technical committees. Each member body interested in a subject for which a technical committee has been
established has the right to be represented on that committee. International organizations, governmental and
non-governmental, in liaison with ISO, also take part in the work. ISO collaborates closely with the
International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) on all matters of electrotechnical standardization.
International Standards are drafted in accordance with the rules given in the ISO/IEC Directives, Part 2.
The main task of technical committees is to prepare International Standards. Draft International Standards
adopted by the technical committees are circulated to the member bodies for voting. Publication as an
