Preparation of steel substrates before application of paints and related products - Specifications for non-metallic blast-cleaning abrasives - Part 10: Almandite garnet (ISO 11126-10:2017)

ISO 11126-10:2017 specifies requirements for almandite garnet abrasives, as supplied for blast-cleaning. It specifies ranges of particle sizes and values for apparent density, Mohs hardness, moisture content, conductivity of aqueous extract and water-soluble chlorides.
The requirements specified in ISO 11126-10:2017 apply to abrasives supplied in the "new" condition only. They do not apply to abrasives either during or after use.
Test methods for non-metallic blast-cleaning abrasives are given in the various parts of ISO 11127.
NOTE       Although ISO 11126-10:2017 has been developed specifically to meet requirements for preparation of steelwork, the properties specified are generally appropriate for use when preparing other material surfaces, or components, using blast- cleaning techniques. These techniques are described in ISO 8504‑2.

Dieses Dokument legt Anforderungen für Strahlmittel aus Granat (Almandin) fest, wie sie für Strahl-verfahren geliefert werden. Er legt Bereiche für die Korngröße und Grenzwerte für scheinbare Dichte, Härte nach Mohs, Feuchtegehalt, Leitfähigkeit des wässrigen Eluats und wasserlösliche Chloride fest.
Die in diesem Dokument festgelegten Anforderungen gelten nur für im „Neuzustand“ gelieferte, unbenutzte Strahlmittel. Sie gelten nicht für Strahlmittel während oder nach der Verwendung.
Prüfverfahren für nichtmetallische Strahlmittel sind in den verschiedenen Teilen von ISO 11127 enthalten.
ANMERKUNG   Obwohl dieses Dokument speziell für die Bedürfnisse der Vorbereitung von Stahlbauten ausgearbeitet worden ist, entsprechen die festgelegten Eigenschaften allgemein den bei der Vorbereitung anderer Werkstoff¬oberflächen oder Bauteile durch Strahlverfahren zu stellenden Anforderungen. Diese Verfahren sind in ISO 8504 2 beschrieben

L'ISO 11126-10 :2017 spécifié les exigences relatives aux abrasifs constitués d'almandite, tels qu'ils sont fournis pour la préparation par projection. Il spécifie les intervalles granulométriques et les valeurs de masse volumique apparente, dureté Mohs, teneur en humidité, conductivité de l'extrait aqueux et teneur en chlorures solubles dans l'eau.
Les spécifications spécifiées dans l'ISO 11126-10 :2017 s'appliquent aux abrasifs fournis à «l'état neuf» uniquement. Elles ne s'appliquent pas aux abrasifs pendant ou après utilisation.
Les méthodes d'essai relatives aux abrasifs non métalliques destinés à la préparation par projection sont indiquées dans les différentes parties de l'ISO 11127.
NOTE       Bien que l'ISO 11126-10 :2017 ait été spécialement élaboré pour satisfaire aux exigences de préparation des tôleries, les propriétés spécifiées sont généralement appropriées à la préparation de subjectiles ou éléments d'autres matériaux, par les techniques de décapage par projection. Ces techniques sont décrites dans l'ISO 8504‑2.

Ta dokument določa zahteve za almanditne granatne granulate, dobavljene za peskanje. Določa razpon velikosti delcev in vrednosti za navidezno gostoto, Mohsovo trdoto, vsebnost vlage, prevodnost vodnega ekstrakta in vodotopnih kloridov.
Zahteve v tem dokumentu se uporabljajo samo za granulate, ki so dobavljeni »novi«. Ne uporabljajo se za granulate med njihovo uporabo ali po njej.
Preskusne metode za nekovinske granulate za peskanje so podane v različnih delih standarda ISO 11127.
OPOMBA: Čeprav je bil ta dokument pripravljen posebej za izpolnjevanje zahtev za pripravo
jekla, so opredeljene lastnosti na splošno ustrezne za uporabo pri obdelavi površin drugih materialov ali sestavnih delov s tehnikami peskanja. Te tehnike so opisane v standardu ISO 8504-2.

and varnishes” in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 139 “Paints and varnishes” the

Dieses Dokument (prEN ISO 11126-10:2015) wurde vom Technischen Komitee ISO/TC 35 „Paints and
varnishes“ in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Technischen Komitee CEN/TC 139 „Lacke und Anstrichstoffe“
erarbeitet, dessen Sekretariat vom DIN gehalten wird.
Dieses Dokument ist derzeit zur parallelen Umfrage vorgelegt.
Dieses Dokument wird EN ISO 11126-10:2004 ersetzen.
EN ISO 11126 besteht unter dem Haupttitel Vorbereitung von Stahloberflächen vor dem Auftragen von
Beschichtungsstoffen - Anforderungen an nichtmetallische Strahlmittel aus den folgenden Teilen:
