Bituminous mixtures - Test method - Part 2: Determination of particle size distribution

This European Standard specifies a procedure for the determination of the particle size distribution of the aggregates of bituminous mixtures by sieving. The test is applicable to aggregates recovered after binder extraction in accordance with EN 12697-1 or EN 12697-39.
The applicability of this European Standard is described in the product standards for bituminous mixtures.
NOTE   Fibres, solid (non soluble during extraction) additives and (some) binder modifiers influence the test result.

Asphalt - Prüfverfahren - Teil 2: Korngrößenverteilung

Diese Europäische Norm legt ein Verfahren für die Bestimmung der Korngrößenverteilung der Gesteinskör-nungen in Asphalt mittels Siebanalyse fest. Die Prüfung ist für Gesteinskörnungen, die nach Extraktion des Bindemittels nach EN 12697-1 oder EN 12697-39 rückgewonnen wurden, anwendbar.
Die Anwendbarkeit dieser Europäischen Norm ist in den Produktnormen für Asphalt beschrieben.
ANMERKUNG   Fasern, feste Zusatzstoffe (die bei der Extraktion nicht in Lösung gehen) und (einige) Modifizierungs-mittel für Bindemittel beeinflussen das Prüfergebnis.

Mélanges bitumineux - Méthode d'essai - Partie 2: Granulométrie

La présente Norme européenne spécifie un mode opératoire pour la détermination de la composition granulométrique des granulats dans les mélanges bitumineux, par tamisage. L'essai s'applique aux granulats récupérés après extraction du liant selon l'EN 12697-1 ou l'EN 12697-39.
L'applicabilité de la présente Norme européenne est décrite dans les normes de produits relatives aux mélanges bitumineux.
NOTE   Les fibres, additifs solides (non solubles durant l'extraction) et (certains) modificateurs de liants influencent le résultat de l'essai.
