This together with ETS 300 680-2 is intended to become a harmonised standard, the reference of which is intended to be published in the Official Journal of the European Communities referencing the EMC Directive. This amendment implements the changes necessary to convert ETS 300 390 into a harmonised standard.

Systems (RES) Technical Committee of the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI).
This ETS, together with ETS 300 680-2 is intended to become a Harmonized Standard, the reference of
which is intended to be published in the Official Journal of the European Communities, referencing
Council Directive 89/336/EEC (EMC Directive).
Insert the following after the last paragraph:
The technical specifications relevant to the EMC Directive are listed in annex C.
Replace table 1 on page 12 with the following table 1:
