26 During the plenary meeting of January 2022 we decide as follow (See SEC 2702): EN 60335-2-65 AM2 and
27 AM12 : The ED GR will review the draft and then the Secretary will send the drafts (A12 and A2) to CCMC for
28 Publication. The standards already received negative assessments at publication stage and a new
29 assessment cannot be requested. The A2/A12 will be published without link to legislation (temporarily) after
30 BT approval. The IM will prepare a new AM13 for solving the HAS consultant comments and reintroduce the
31 link to legislation. The new AM (after PE/FV stage and HAS approval) will be offered for listing in the OJ
32 under LVD and MD
33 Consequentially, the draft has been prepared for reflecting the decision taken in plenary meeting.
