Refrigerated display cabinets - Part 2: Classification, requirements and test conditions (ISO 23953-2:2023)

This document specifies requirements for the performance of refrigerated display cabinets used in the sale and display of foodstuffs and construction characteristics impacting performance. It specifies test conditions and methods for checking that the requirements have been satisfied, as well as classification of the cabinets, their marking and the list of their characteristics to be declared by the manufacturer.
This document is not applicable to refrigerated vending machines, commercial beverage coolers covered by ISO 22044, ice cream freezers covered by ISO 22043. It is also not applicable to cabinets intended for storage or cabinets intended for use, for instance, in catering or non-retail refrigerated applications.
This document does not cover health and safety aspects and ergonomic principles.
This document is not intended to specify storage temperature for foodstuff.

Verkaufskühlmöbel - Teil 2: Klassifizierung, Anforderungen und Prüfbedingungen (ISO 23953-2:2023)

Dieses Dokument legt Anforderungen an die Leistung von Verkaufskühlmöbeln für den Verkauf und die Ausstellung von Lebensmittelerzeugnissen sowie an die Konstruktionseigenschaften fest, die sich auf die Leistung auswirken. Sie legt Prüfbedingungen und Prüfverfahren für den Nachweis der Erfüllung dieser Anforderungen fest sowie für die Klassifizierung der Möbel, ihre Kennzeichnung und die Liste der vom Hersteller anzugebenden Eigenschaften.
Dieses Dokument ist nicht anwendbar für Verkaufskühlautomaten, gewerbliche Getränkekühler, die unter ISO 22044 fallen, und Speiseeis-Gefriermaschinen, die unter ISO 22043 fallen. Es ist ebenfalls nicht anwendbar für Lagermöbel oder Möbel, die beispielsweise für Catering-Zwecke oder Nicht-Einzelhandelskühl¬anwendungen bestimmt sind.
Dieses Dokument behandelt weder Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsaspekt noch ergonomische Grundsätze.
Dieses Dokument ist nicht dazu bestimmt, die Lagertemperatur für Lebensmittelerzeugnisse festzulegen.

Meubles frigorifiques de vente - Partie 2: Classification, exigences et méthodes d'essai (ISO 23953-2:2023)

Le présent document définit les exigences pour les performances des meubles frigorifiques de vente utilisés pour la vente et l'exposition de denrées alimentaires et les caractéristiques de construction impactant les performances. Il spécifie les conditions et les méthodes d'essai pour vérifier que ces exigences ont été respectées, ainsi que la classification des meubles, leur marquage et la liste des caractéristiques devant être déclarées par le fabricant.
Le présent document ne s'applique pas aux distributeurs automatiques frigorifiques, aux meubles frigorifiques de vente pour boisson couverts par l'ISO 22044, aux congélateurs pour crèmes glacées couverts par l'ISO 22043. Il ne s'applique pas non plus aux meubles destinés au stockage ni aux meubles destinés à être utilisés, par exemple, dans la restauration ou d'autres applications que le commerce de détail.
Le présent document ne couvre pas les aspects de santé et de sécurité et les principes ergonomiques.
Le présent document n'est pas destiné à spécifier la température de stockage des denrées alimentaires.

Razstavne hladilne omare - 2. del: Razvrščanje, zahteve in preskusni pogoji (ISO 23953-2:2023)

Ta dokument določa zahteve za delovanje razstavnih hladilnih omar, ki se uporabljajo za prodajo in razstavljanje živil, in bistvene lastnosti, ki vplivajo na delovanje. Določa preskusne pogoje in metode, na podlagi katerih se preverja skladnost s temi zahtevami, ter razvrščanje teh omar, njihovo označevanje in seznam njihovih lastnosti, ki jih mora navesti proizvajalec.
Ne uporablja se za hladilne prodajne avtomate, komercialne hladilnike pijač, ki so zajeti v standardu ISO 22044, in zamrzovalnike za sladoled, ki so obravnavani v standardu ISO 22043. Prav tako se ne uporablja za omare za shranjevanje ali omare, ki so namenjene za uporabo v gostinstvu ali podobno nemaloprodajno hladilno uporabo.

"Refrigeration and air-conditioning" in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 44
“Commercial and Professional Refrigerating Appliances and Systems, Performance and Energy
Consumption” the secretariat of which is held by UNI.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an
identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by June 2024, and conflicting national standards shall be
withdrawn at the latest by June 2024.
