Photovoltaic (PV) module performance testing and energy rating - Part 1: Irradiance and temperature performance measurements and power rating

IEC 61853-1:2011 describes requirements for evaluating PV module performance in terms of power (watts) rating over a range of irradiances and temperatures. The object is to define a testing and rating system, which provides the PV module power (watts) at maximum power operation for a set of defined conditions. A second purpose is to provide a full set of characterization parameters for the module under various values of irradiance and temperature.

La CEI 61853-1:2011 définit les exigences relatives à l'évaluation de la performance d'un module PV, en termes de caractéristiques de puissance (watts), sur une plage d'éclairements et de températures. L'objet est de définir un système d'essai et de caractérisation, donnant la puissance (watts) du module PV lorsqu'il fonctionne à puissance maximale et pour un ensemble de conditions définies. Un deuxième objet est de fournir un ensemble complet de paramètres de caractérisation relatif au module, sous diverses valeurs d'éclairement et de température.

Preskušanje zmogljivosti in energijske učinkovitosti fotonapetostnega modula - 1. del: Merjenje vpliva sevanja in temperature na zmogljivost (IEC 61853-1:2011)

Ta del IEC 61853 opisuje zahteve za vrednotenje fotonapetostnega modula glede zmogljivosti (v vatih) pri več različnih sevanjih in temperaturah. IEC 61853-2 opisuje preskusne postopke za merjenje vpliva vpadnega kota, ocenjevanje temperature modula zaradi sevanja, okoljske temperature in hitrosti vetra ter vpliva spektralnega odziva na proizvodnjo energije. IEC 61853-3 opisuje izračune energijskih učinkovitosti fotonapetostnega modula (v vatnih urah). IEC 61853-4 opisuje standardna časovna obdobja in vremenske pogoje, ki se lahko uporabijo za izračun standardiziranih energijskih učinkovitosti.
Cilj tega dela IEC 61853 je opredeliti preskusni in ocenjevalni sistem, ki zagotavlja moč fotonapetostnega modula (v vatih) pri obratovanju z največjo močjo za vrsto opredeljenih pogojev. Drug cilj je zagotoviti celoten niz karakterizacijskih parametrov za modul pri različnih vrednostih sevanja in temperature. Ta niz meritev se zahteva za izvedbo preskušanja energijske učinkovitosti modula, opisane v IEC 61853-3.

FOREWORD
1) The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) is a worldwide organization for standardization comprising
all national electrotechnical committees (IEC National Committees). The object of IEC is to promote
international co-operation on all questions concerning standardization in the electrical and electronic fields. To
this end and in addition to other activities, IEC publishes International Standards, Technical Specifications,
Technical Reports, Publicly Available Specifications (PAS) and Guides (hereafter referred to as “IEC
