This document specifies requirements for the cleanability, load resistance and durability of communal washing troughs used for domestic purposes.
NOTE For the purposes of this document, the term "domestic purposes" includes use in factory changing-rooms, sportsclubs, accommodation for students, hospitals and similar buildings, except when special medical provisions are required.

Dieses Dokument legt Anforderungen an die Reinigbarkeit, statische Belastbarkeit und Dauerhaftigkeit von Reihenwaschanlagen für den Hausgebrauch fest.
ANMERKUNG Im Sinne dieses Dokuments schließt der Begriff "für den Hausgebrauch" den Einsatz in Werksumkleide¬räumen, Sportklubs, Studentenwohnheimen, Krankenhäusern und ähnlichen Einrichtungen ein; ausgenommen ist die medizinische Verwendung.

La présente Norme Européenne détermine les prescriptions de performance en matière d’aptitude au nettoyage, de résistance à la charge et de durabilité des lavabos collectifs à usage domestique.
NOTE Pour les besoins de ce document, les termes « à usage domestique » inclut les usages dans les vestiaires des usines, des salles de sport, des foyers pour étudiants, des hôpitaux et autres bâtiments similaires sauf s’ils font l’objet de dispositions médicales particulières.

This draft amendment A1, if approved, will modify the European Standard EN 14296:2015. If this draft becomes an amendment,
CEN members are bound to comply with the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations which stipulate the conditions for inclusion of
this amendment into the relevant national standard without any alteration.
This draft amendment was established by CEN in three official versions (English, French, German). A version in any other
language made by translation under the responsibility of a CEN member into its own language and notified to the CEN-CENELEC
Management Centre has the same status as the official versions.
CEN members are the national standards bodies of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia,
