Bitumen and bituminous binders - Determination of kinematic viscosity
This European Standard specifies a method for the determination of the kinematic viscosity of bituminous binders at 60°C and 135°C, in the range from 6 mm2/s to 300 000 mm2/s. Results from the method can be used to calculate dynamic viscosity when the density of the test material is known or can be determined. WARNING: The use of this standard can involve hazardous materials, operations and equipment. This standard does not purport to address all of the safety problems associated with its use.
Bitumen und bitumenhaltige Bindemittel - Bestimmung der kinematischen Viskosität
Dieses Verfahren beschreibt die Bestimmung der kinematischen Viskosität von bitumenhaltigen Bindemitteln bei 60°C und 135°C im Bereich von 6 mm2/s bis 300000 mm2/s. Mit den Ergebnissen dieses Verfahrens können Viskositäten berechnet werden, wenn die Dichte des Materials bei der Prüftemperatur bekannt ist oder bestimmt werden kann. WARNUNG: Die Anwendung dieser Norm kann gefährliche Substanzen, Arbeitsgänge und Ausrüstung einschließen. In der Norm werden nicht alle Sicherheitsprobleme angesprochen, die mit ihrer Anwendung verbunden sind.

Cette norme européenne prescrit une méthode de détermination de la viscosité cinématique de liants bitumineux a 60°C et 135°C, dans l'intervalle de 6 mm2/s a 300 000 mm2/s. Les résultats de la méthode décrite peuvent etre utilisés pour calculer la viscosité dynamique quand la masse volumique du matériau d'essai est connue ou peut etre déterminée.
