IEC 60950-22:2016 is available as IEC 60950-22:2016 RLV which contains the International Standard and its Redline version, showing all changes of the technical content compared to the previous edition.
IEC 60950-22:2016 applies to information technology equipment intended to be installed in an outdoor location. The requirements for outdoor equipment also apply, where relevant, to outdoor enclosures suitable for direct installation in the field and supplied for housing information technology equipment to be installed in an outdoor location. Each installation may have particular requirements. Some examples are given in 4.2. In addition, requirements for protection of the outdoor equipment against the effects of direct lightning strikes are not covered by the standard. For information on this subject, see IEC 62305-1. This second edition cancels and replaces the first edition published in 2005. It constitutes a technical revision. This edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition: More extensive requirements for battery ventilation. Specifies requirements for information technology equipment (ITE) with self contained data storage systems that contain hazardous moving parts. These data storage systems are typically large enough to permit a person to enter completely, however, the systems also include similar large equipment permitting complete limb or head access to the area containing hazardous moving parts. These requirements are additional to the relevant requirements in IEC 60950-1.

IEC TR 62102:2005 This technical report is a guide to the determination of the interface requirements for equipment in terms of safety. It lists a number of interfaces and indicates the safety category of each listed interface. This technical report does not contain sufficient detail for conformance testing purposes, except when used in conjunction with product standards such as IEC 60950-1 and IEC 60950-21.

This technical specification addresses the safety implications of having xDSL signals on circuits in equipment connected to a TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORK, and gives rules for dealing with such equipment in the context of the IEC 60950 series

This part of IEC 60950 applies to information technology equipment intended to supply and receive operating power via a TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORK, where the voltage exceeds the limits for TNV CIRCUITS. This Part 21 of IEC 60950 is intended to be used with IEC 60950-1. The contents of the corrigendum of August 2003 have been included in this copy.
