Thermal insulation products for building equipment and industrial installations - Factory made flexible elastomeric foam (FEF) products - Specification

This European Standard specifies the requirements for factory made flexible elastomeric foam products which are used for the thermal insulation of building equipment and industrial installations with an operating temperature in the range of approximately - 200 °C to + 175 °C.
Below an operating temperature of - 50 °C, tests regarding the suitability of the products in the intended application should be performed. Manufacturer's advice should be heeded in all cases.
The products are manufactured in the form of sheets, tubes, rolls and tapes with or without coating and/or self-adhesive backing and/or different closure systems.
This European Standard describes product characteristics and includes procedures for testing, evaluation of conformity, marking and labelling.
Products covered by this standard are also used in prefabricated thermal insulation systems and composite panels; the performance of systems incorporating these products is not covered.
This European Standard does not specify the required level of a given property that should be achieved by a product to demonstrate fitness for purpose in a particular application. The levels required for a given application can be found in regulations and invitations to tender.
Products with a declared thermal conductivity greater than 0,050 W/(m·K) at 10 °C are not covered by this standard.
This European Standard does not cover products for the insulation of the building structure.
The normative part of this European Standard does not cover compressive stress (see D.5).

Wärmedämmstoffe für die technische Gebäudeausrüstung und für betriebstechnische Anlagen in der Industrie - Werkmäßig hergestellte Produkte aus flexiblem Elastomerschaum (FEF) - Spezifikation

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Anforderungen an werkmäßig hergestellte Produkte aus flexiblem Elastomerschaum fest, die als Wärmedämmstoffe für die technische Gebäudeausrüstung und für betriebstechnische Anlagen in der Industrie in einem Betriebstemperaturbereich von etwa  200 °C bis  175 °C benutzt werden.
Bei einer Betriebstemperatur unterhalb von  50 °C sollten Prüfungen bezüglich der Eignung des Materials für den beabsichtigten Anwendungsfall durchgeführt werden. In jedem Fall sollten die Empfehlungen des Herstellers beachtet werden.
Die Produkte werden in Form von Platten, Schläuchen, Rollen und Bändern mit oder ohne Beschichtung und/oder Klebeschutzschicht und/oder verschiedene Verschlusssysteme hergestellt.
Diese Europäische Norm beschreibt die Produkteigenschaften und enthält Verfahren zur Prüfung, Konformitätsbewertung, Kennzeichnung und Etikettierung.
Die von dieser Norm abgedeckten Produkte werden auch in vorgefertigten Wärmedämmsystemen und Mehr-schicht-Verbundplatten angewendet; die Eigenschaften von Systemen, in die diese Produkte integriert sind, werden nicht behandelt.
Diese Europäische Norm legt für die einzelnen Eigenschaften keine Leistungsstufen fest, die ein Produkt erreichen sollte, um für einen bestimmten Anwendungsfall tauglich zu sein. Die für bestimmte Anwendungen benötigten Stufen können Regelwerken oder Ausschreibungen entnommen werden.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht für Produkte mit einem Nennwert der Wärmeleitfähigkeit größer als 0,050 W/(mK) bei 10 °C.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht für Produkte, die zur Dämmung des Bauwerks bestimmt sind.
Die Druckspannung wird im normativen Teil dieser Europäischen Norm nicht behandelt (siehe D.5).

Produits isolants thermiques pour l'équipement du bâtiment et les installations industrielles - Produits manufacturés en mousse élastomère flexible (FEF) - Spécification

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences relatives aux produits manufacturés en mousse souple élastomère, utilisés pour l’isolation thermique de l’équipement du bâtiment et des installations industrielles, dont la plage de températures de service est approximativement comprise entre - 200 °C et + 175 °C.
Si la température de service est inférieure à - 50 °C, il convient de réaliser des essais pour s'assurer de l’adéquation des produits à l’application prévue. Il convient de se référer systématiquement aux conseils du fabricant.
Les produits sont manufacturés sous forme de feuilles, de manchons, de rouleaux et de bandes, avec ou sans enduit de finition et/ou soutien auto-adhésif et/ou différents systèmes de fermeture.
La présente Norme européenne décrit les caractéristiques de ces produits et comprend des modes opératoires d’essai, d’évaluation de la conformité, de marquage et d’étiquetage.
Les produits couverts par la présente norme sont également utilisés dans les systèmes d’isolation thermique préfabriqués et les panneaux composites ; les performances des systèmes incorporant ces produits ne sont pas traitées.
La présente Norme européenne ne spécifie pas le niveau requis d'une propriété donnée qu'il convient qu'un produit atteigne pour démontrer son aptitude à l'emploi dans une application particulière. Les niveaux requis pour une application donnée peuvent être trouvés dans les réglementations et les appels d’offre.
La présente norme ne traite pas des produits dont la conductivité thermique déclarée est supérieure à 0,050 W/(m·K) à 10 °C.
La présente Norme européenne ne couvre pas les produits pour l’isolation des structures de bâtiments.
La partie normative de la présente Norme européenne ne couvre pas la contrainte en compression (voir D.5).

Toplotnoizolacijski proizvodi za opremo stavb in industrijske inštalacije - Proizvodi iz fleksibilne elastomerne pene (FEF) - Specifikacija

Ta evropski standard določa zahteve za proizvode iz fleksibilne elastomerne pene, ki se uporabljajo za toplotno izolacijo opreme stavb in industrijskih inštalacij z razponom delovne temperature približno od –200 °C do 175 °C.  OPOMBA Pod delovno temperaturo –50 °C je treba izvajati preskuse glede primernosti proizvodov za predvideno vrsto uporabe. V vseh primerih naj bi upoštevali napotke proizvajalca. Proizvodi so izdelani v obliki plošč, cevi, kolutov in trakov z ali brez laka in/ali samolepilne zadnje strani in/ali z različnimi sistemi zapiranja. Ta evropski standard opisuje lastnosti proizvodov ter zajema postopke za preskušanje, vrednotenje skladnosti, označevanje in etiketiranje. Proizvodi iz tega standarda se uporabljajo tudi v montažnih sistemih toplotne izolacije in vezanih ploščah; lastnosti sistemov iz teh proizvodov niso opisane. Ta evropski standard ne določa zahtevane ravni določene lastnosti, ki jo mora proizvod doseči, da se dokaže njegova primernost namenu za posamezno vrsto uporabe. Zahtevane ravni za posamezno uporabo je mogoče najti v uredbah in javnih razpisih. Proizvodi z deklarirano toplotno prevodnostjo, višjo od 0,050 W/mK pri 10 °C, v tem standardu niso zajeti. Ta evropski standard ne zajema proizvodov za izolacijo stavbne strukture. Normativen del tega standarda ne zajema tlačne napetosti (glej dodatek D, D.5).
