Solid recovered fuels - Specifications and classes

This Technical Specification specifies a classification system for SRFs and a template for the specification of their properties.
SRFs are produced from non-hazardous waste.
NOTE 1   Solid bio-fuels excluded from the Waste Incineration Directive (2000/76/EC) are not included in the scope of this Technical Specification. These are dealt with in CEN/TC 335 "Solid biofuels". Waste wood from demolition of buildings and civil engineering installations is, however, included in the scope.
NOTE 2   Untreated municipal solid waste is not included in the scope of this Technical Specification.

Feste Sekundärbrennstoffe - Spezifikationen und Klassen

Diese Technische Spezifikation legt ein Klassifizierungssystem für SRF und ein Formular für die Spezifikation
von deren Eigenschaften fest.
SRF werden aus nicht gefährlichen Abfällen hergestellt.
ANMERKUNG 1 Feste Biobrennstoffe, die aus der Richtlinie über die Verbrennung von Abfällen (2000/76/EG)
ausgeschlossen sind, fallen nicht in den Anwendungsbereich dieser Technischen Spezifikation. Sie gehören zum
Anwendungsbereich von CEN/TC 335 -Feste Biobrennstoffe-. Gebrauchtholz aus dem Abriss von Gebäuden oder
sonstigen Bauwerken sind jedoch im Anwendungsbereich enthalten.
ANMERKUNG 2 Unbehandelter Siedlungsabfall fällt nicht in den Anwendungsbereich dieser Technischen Spezifi-kation.

La présente Spécification technique spécifie un système de classification des CSR ainsi qu'un modèle de
spécification de leurs propriétés.
Les CSR sont produits à partir de déchets non dangereux.
NOTE 1 Les biocombustibles solides exclus de la Directive sur l'incinération des déchets (2000/76/CE) n'entrent pas
dans le domaine d'application de la présente Spécification technique. Ils sont traités par le CEN/TC 335
« Biocombustibles solides ». Les déchets de bois issus de la démolition de bâtiments et d'installations de génie civil sont,
quant à eux, inclus dans le domaine d'application.
NOTE 2 Les déchets solides municipaux non traités sont exclus du domaine d'application de la présente Spécification
technique.

This Technical Specification (CEN/TS) was approved by CEN on 21 February 2006 for provisional application.
The period of validity of this CEN/TS is limited initially to three years. After two years the members of CEN will be requested to submit their
comments, particularly on the question whether the CEN/TS can be converted into a European Standard.
CEN members are required to announce the existence of this CEN/TS in the same way as for an EN and to make the CEN/TS available
promptly at national level in an appropriate form. It is permissible to keep conflicting national standards in force (in parallel to the CEN/TS)
until the final decision about the possible conversion of the CEN/TS into an EN is reached.
CEN members are the national standards bodies of Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France,
Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania,
