Rubber and plastics hoses, tubing and assemblies for use with propane and butane and their mixture in the vapour phase - Part 1: Hoses and tubings

This European Standard specifies the characteristics and performance requirements for tubing and hoses made of either rubber or plastics for use with commercial propane and commercial butane and mixtures thereof, in the vapour phase, for connection of appliances, from:
-   pressurized gas container to a regulating device,
-   pressurized gas container to an appliance,
-   regulating device to an appliance, and
-   regulating device to installation pipework,
in environments of a temperature range from –30 °C to +70 °C. Working pressures are from 0 bar to 30 bar.
Three classes are defined in Table 1 according to the maximum working pressures and minimum ambient temperatures.
This European Standard only covers the tubing or hose part of assemblies. The assemblies themselves will be covered by EN 16436-2.
This European Standard does not apply to hoses for:
-   welding purposes (see EN ISO 3821, EN 1327);
-   propulsion purposes;
-   LPG transfer purposes (see EN 1762).

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Merkmale und Leistungsanforderungen für Gummi- oder Kunststoff-schläuche mit und ohne Einlage fest, für den Einsatz mit handelsüblichem Propan und handelsüblichem Butan und deren Gemischen in der Gasphase für die Verbindung von Geräten, von
- einem mit Druck beaufschlagten Gasbehälter an ein Druckregelgerät,
- einem mit Druck beaufschlagten Gasbehälter an ein Gasgerät,
- einem Druckregelgerät an ein Gasgerät und
- einem Druckregelgerät an eine Metallleitung,
in einem Umgebungstemperaturbereich von −30 °C bis +70 °C. Die Betriebsdrücke liegen zwischen 0 bar und 30 bar.
In Tabelle 1 werden drei Klassen in Abhängigkeit vom höchsten Betriebsdruck und der niedrigsten Umgebungstemperatur festgelegt.
Diese Europäische Norm behandelt nur den Schlauchteil, mit oder ohne Einlage, von Schlauchleitungen. Die Schlauchleitungen werden in EN 16436-2 geregelt.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht für Schläuche für:
- Schweißanwendungen (siehe EN ISO 3821, EN 1327);
- Antriebszwecke;
- Flüssiggasfüll-und umfüllverfahren (siehe EN 1762).

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les caractéristiques et les exigences de performance des tubes et
tuyaux en caoutchouc ou en plastique, pour utilisation avec le propane commercial, le butane commercial et
leurs mélanges, en phase vapeur, pour le raccordement des appareils, depuis :
- des récipients de gaz sous pression à un dispositif de détente,
- des récipients de gaz sous pression à un appareil,
- un dispositif de détente à un appareil, et
- un dispositif de détente à la tuyauterie d’une installation,
dans des conditions de température située dans une plage de valeurs comprises entre - 30 °C et + 70 °C. Les
pressions de service sont comprises entre 0 bar et 30 bar.
Trois classes sont définies dans le Tableau 1 en fonction de la pression maximale de service et de la
température ambiante minimale.
La présente Norme européenne ne s’applique qu’à la partie tube ou tuyaux des flexibles qui seront couverts
par une autre norme.
La présente Norme européenne ne s’applique pas aux tuyaux utilisés pour :
- les besoins de soudure (voir l’EN ISO 3821, EN 1327) ;
- les besoins de propulsion ;
- les besoins de transfert de gaz de pétrole liquéfié (voir l’EN 1762).

EN 16436-1 določa značilnosti in zahteve glede učinkovitosti za gumene in plastične priključke in cevi za tržni propan, tržni butan in njune zmesi v plinastem stanju, za priključitev aparatov, kot so: - tlačna posoda za plin z napravo za uravnavanje, - tlačna posoda za plin z aparatom, - naprava za uravnavanje z aparatom in - naprava za uravnavanje z napeljavo, v okoljih s temperaturo od −30 °C do +70 °C. Delovni tlak znaša od 0 do 30 barov. V tabeli 1 so določeni trije razredi glede na najvišji delovni tlak in najmanjše temperature okolja. Ta evropski sistem zajema samo priključke in cevi, ki so del priključkov. Priključke bo obravnaval standard EN 16436-2. Ta evropski standard se ne uporablja za cevi za: - varjenje (glejte EN ISO 3821, EN 1327); - pogon; - pretok utekočinjenega naftnega plina (UNP) (glejte EN 1762).
