Energy performance of buildings - Overarching EPB assessment - Part 2: Explanation and justification of ISO 52000-1 (ISO/TR 52000-2:2017)

ISO/TR 52000-2:2017 refers to the overarching EPB-standard, ISO 52000‑1[1].
It contains information to support the correct understanding, use and national implementation of ISO 52000‑1. This includes:
- explanation on the procedures and background information and justification of the choices that have been made;
- reporting on validation of calculation procedures given in the standard;
- explanation for the user and for national standards writers involved with implementation of the set of EPB standards, including detailed examples.

Erläuterung der allgemeinen Zusammenhänge zwischen verschiedenen Europäischen Normen und der europäischen Richtlinie über die Gesamtenergieeffizienz von Gebäuden (EPBD) - Übergreifendes Dokument (ISO/TR 52000-2:2017)

Dieser Technische Bericht bezieht sich auf die Rahmennorm zur Gesamtenergieeffizienz von Gebäuden prEN 15603:2013.
Er enthält Informationen, die das richtige Verständnis, die Anwendung und die nationale Umsetzung dieser Norm unterstützen sollen. Er enthält:
-   Erläuterungen zu den Verfahrensweisen sowie Hintergrundinformationen und Begründungen für die getroffenen Auswahlentscheidungen;
-   einen Bericht über die Validierung der in der Norm angegebenen Berechnungsverfahren;
-   Erläuterungen für den Anwender und für die Verfasser von Nationalen Normen, die mit der Umsetzung der Normenreihe zur Gesamtenergieeffizienz von Gebäuden befasst sind, einschließlich detaillierter Beispiele.
Aufgrund des dynamischen Prozesses der sowohl innerhalb des CEN als auch außerhalb von bedeutenden Interessengruppen kontinuierlich eingehenden Rückmeldungen und wegen der weiteren Validierung enthält der vorliegende Technische Bericht auch Vorschläge zu bestimmten Überarbeitungen der in prEN 15603 angegebenen Verfahrensweisen (in Verbindung mit Erläuterungen und Hintergrundinformationen). Bei der Kommentierung von prEN 15603 während der öffentlichen Umfrage sollten diese Vorschläge berücksichtigt werden.

To tehnično poročilo se nanaša na splošni standard EPB, prEN 15603:2013.
Vsebuje informacije za podporo pravilnega razumevanja, uporabe in nacionalne uporabe teh standardov. To vključuje:
– razlago postopkov in osnovnih informacij ter utemeljitev narejenih izbir;
– poročanje o validaciji računskih postopkov, podanih v tem standardu;
– razlaga za uporabnika in za pisce nacionalnih standardov, ki so vključeni v uporabo skupine standardov, vključno s podrobnimi primeri.
Ta različica FprCEN/ TR 15615:2013, priloženo poročilo o splošnem standardu vsebuje predloge za določene revizije izdelkov, podanih v prEN 15603. Pri komentiranju med ugotavljanjem javnega mnenja o prEN 15603 je treba upoštevati te predloge.
Zaradi dinamičnega postopka neprekinjenih notranjih povratnih informacij v CEN in zunanjih z glavnimi deležniki ter zaradi nadaljnje validacije to tehnično poročilo vsebuje tudi predloge za določene revizije postopkov, podanih v prEN 15603 (skupaj z razlago in osnovnimi informacijami). Pri komentiranju med ugotavljanjem javnega mnenja o prEN 15603 je treba upoštevati te predloge.
