Fatty food - Determination of pesticides and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) - Part 1: General

This draft European Standard specifies methods of quantitative determination of residues of pesticides and PCBs in fatty food. Each method described in this draft European Standard is suitable for identifying and quantifying a definite range of those non-polar organochlorine and/or organophosphorus pesticides whichoccur as residues in fats and oils as well as in the fat portion of fat- containing foodstuffs, both of either animal or vegetable origin.

Dieser Europäische Norm-Entwurf legt Verfahren zur quantitativen Bestimmung vonRückständen an Pestiziden und polychlorierten Biphenylen (PCB) in fetthaltigenLebensmitteln fest. Jedes in diesem Europäischen Norm-Entwurf beschriebene Verfahren ist zur Identifizierung und Quantifizierung einer jeweils definierten Anzahl unpolarer Organochlor- und Organophosphor-Pestizide geeignet, die als Rückstände in Fetten und Ölen sowie im Fettanteil fetthaltiger tierischer oder pflanzlicher Lebensmittel vorkommen.

La présente norme spécifie des méthodes permettant le dosage des résidus de pesticides et de PCBs dans des aliments gras. Chaque méthode décrite est adaptéeà l'identification et à la quantification d'une gamme bien définie de ces pesticides organochlorés et/ou organophosphorés apolaires susceptible d'apparaître en tant que résidus dans les corps gras et les huiles, tout comme dans la partie grasse des denrées alimentaires grasses, qu'elles soient d'origine animale ou végétale.
