Adhesives for load bearing timber structures other than phenolic and aminoplastic - Test methods - Part 3: Creep deformation test at cyclic climate conditions with specimens loaded in bending shear
This European standard specifies a method for determining the creep deformation of bonded specimens loaded in bending shear. It is applicable to adhesives used in load-bearing timber structures.
It is suitable for the following applications:
a) for assessing the compliance of adhesives to prEN 15425 Adhesives, One component polyurethane, for load bearing timber structures - Classification and performance requirements;
b) for assessing the suitability and quality of adhesives for load-bearing timber structures.
This test is intended primarily to obtain performance data for the classification of adhesives for load bearing timber structures according to their suitability for use in defined climatic environments. This method is not intended to provide numerical design data and does not necessarily represent the performance of the bonded member in service. It is not applicable for assessing the suitability of adhesives for the manufacture of wood-based panels
Klebstoffe für tragende Holzbauteile ausgenommen Phenolharzklebstoffe und Aminoplaste - Prüfverfahren - Teil 3: Prüfung der Kriechverformung unter zyklischen Klimabedingungen an Prüfkörpern bei Biege-Scherbeanspruchung
Diese Europäische Norm legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Kriechverformung an verklebten Prüfkörpern bei Biege-Scherbeanspruchung fest. Sie gilt für Klebstoffe, die für tragende Holzbauteile verwendet werden.
Das Verfahren ist für folgende Anwendungsfälle geeignet:
a) für die Beurteilung der Übereinstimmung der Klebstoffe mit prEN 15425, Klebstoffe, Einkomponenten-Klebstoffe auf Polyurethanbasis für tragende Holzbauteile Klassifizierung und Leistungsanfor¬derungen;
b) für die Beurteilung der Eignung und Qualität von Klebstoffen für tragende Holzbauteile.
Diese Prüfung dient hauptsächlich der Ermittlung von Leistungswerten für die Klassifizierung von Klebstoffen für tragende Holzbauteile entsprechend ihrer Eignung zum Einsatz unter bestimmten klimatischen Bedingungen. Dieses Verfahren ist nicht zur Ermittlung von Rechenwerten geeignet und gibt nicht zwangsläufig das Verhalten des verklebten Bauteiles im Gebrauch wieder. Es ist nicht anwendbar zur Beurteilung der Eignung von Klebstoffen für die Herstellung von Holzwerkstoffen.
Adhésifs pour structures portantes en bois, de type autre que phénolique et aminoplaste - Méthodes d'essai - Partie 3 : Essai de déformation par fluage dans des conditions climatiques cycliques avec des éprouvettes chargées en cisaillement par flexion
La présente Norme européenne spécifie une méthode permettant de déterminer la déformation par fluage d’éprouvettes collées chargées en cisaillement par flexion. Elle s’applique aux adhésifs utilisés pour la fabrication des structures portantes en bois.
Elle peut être utilisée :
a) pour évaluer la conformité des adhésifs au prEN 15425, Adhésifs polyuréthane monocomposants pour charpentes en bois portantes Classification et exigences de performance ;
b) pour évaluer l’aptitude et la qualité des adhésifs pour les structures portantes en bois.
La méthode d’essai spécifiée a pour objectif principal de collecter des données relatives aux performances en vue de classer les adhésifs destinés aux structures portantes en bois en fonction de leur aptitude à être utilisés dans des environnements climatiques définis. Cette méthode n’est pas destinée à fournir des valeurs de conception numériques et n’est pas nécessairement représentative des performances de l’élément collé en service. Elle n’est pas applicable à l’évaluation de l’aptitude des adhésifs à être utilisés pour la fabrication de panneaux dérivés du bois.
