Pedestal wash basins - Connecting dimensions
This standard specifies the connecting dimensions of pedestal wash basins, regardless of the materials used for their manufacture. This standard does not refer to appliances of actual width of less than 530 mm or more than 750 mm. Note: Only dimensions are compulsory. The shape of the appliance in the figures is for illustration only; it in no way prejudices the final shape of the appliance which is left to the initiative of the manufacturer.
Bodenstehende Waschtische - Anschlußmaße
Diese Norm legt Anschlußmaße für bodenstehende Waschtische, unabhängig vom verwendeten Werkstoff fest. Diese Norm gilt nicht für Waschtische mit einer Breite von kleiner als 530 mm oder größer als 750 mm. Anmerkung: Nur die angegebenen Maße sind verbindlich. Die in den Bildern dargestellte Form der Gegenstände wurde nur für das bessere Verständnis gewählt; sie schreibt nicht die endgültige Form der Gegenstände vor, die der Wahl des Herstellers überlassen bleibt.

La présente norme spécifie les caractéristiques de raccordement des lavabos sur pied, quels que soient les matériaux entrant dans leur fabrication. Elle ne se réfère pas aux appareils de largeur réelle inférieure à 530 mm ou supérieure à 750 mm. Note: Seules les dimensions des parties cotées doivent être respectées. La forme schématique des appareils représentée dans les figures est donnée pour faciliter la compréhension, elle ne préjuge en rien de la forme définitive de l'appareil qui est laissée à l'initiative des fabricants.
