This European Standard specifies a method for the determination of the efflux time (in seconds) of a bituminous emulsion at 85 °C using the Redwood No. II Viscometer.

Diese Europäische Norm legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Ausflusszeit (Viskosität in Sekunden) von Bitumenemulsionen mit dem Redwood Nr. II-Viskosimeter bei 85 °C fest.
