Testing hardened concrete - Part 7: Density of hardened concrete
This European Standard specifies a method for determining the density of hardened concrete.
It is applicable to lightweight, normal-weight and heavy-weight concrete.
It differentiates between hardened concrete in the following states:
1) as-received;
2) water saturated;
3) oven-dried.
The mass and volume of the specimen of hardened concrete are determined and the density calculated.

Diese Europäische Norm legt ein Verfahren für die Bestimmung der Rohdichte von Festbeton fest.
Sie gilt für Leicht-, Normal- und Schwerbeton.
In der Norm wird zwischen folgenden Zuständen des Festbetons unterschieden:
1) wie angeliefert;
2) wassergesättigt;
3) im Wärmeschrank getrocknet.
Masse und Volumen eines Festbetonprobekörpers werden ermittelt und die Dichte des Betons wird
berechnet.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie une méthode de détermination de la masse volumique du béton
durci.
Elle s’applique aux bétons de granulats légers, courants et lourds.
Elle différencie les bétons durcis selon leur état :
⎯ état de réception ;
⎯ état « saturé » en eau ;
⎯ état séché en étuve.
La masse et le volume de l’échantillon de béton durci sont déterminés, puis sa masse volumique est calculée.

This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by August 2009, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by August 2009.
