Sanitary tapware - Pressure flushing valves and automatic closing urinal valves PN 10

This Eruopean Standard applies to flushing valves for WCs and valves for urinalswith automatic hydraulic closure, intended for: -WC pans prEN 997; -urinals; -siphon action urinals. It does not apply to no-contact detection valves. It is intended to specify: -the marking, identification, physical-chemical, dimensio- nal leaktightness, pressure behaviour, hydraulic, mechanical endurance and acoustic characteristics to determine requirement for the atmospheric interrup- ters (air gaps) which shall form an integral part of WC and urinal flushing valves with automatic closure.

Die vorliegende Europäische Norm gilt für WC-Druckspüler und Urinalspüler mit selbsttätigem Abschluss für: -WC-Becken nach prEN 997; - Urinale; -Urinale mit Geruchsverschluss. Sie gilt nicht für berührungslos ausgelöste Armaturen.

Robinetterie sanitaire - Robinets de chasse d'eau et d'urinoirs à fermeture hydraulique automatique PN 10

La présente Norme européenne s'applique aux robinets de chasses pour WC et aux robinets d'urinoirs, à fermeture hydraulique automatique, destinés aux :
   cuvettes WC, EN 997 ;
   urinoirs à simple rinçage, prEN 13407 ;
   urinoirs à action siphonique, prEN 13407.
Elle ne s'applique pas aux robinets à détection sans contact.
Elle a pour objet de fixer :
   le marquage et l'identification, les caractéristiques physico-chimiques, dimensionnelles, d'étanchéité, de tenue en pression, hydrauliques, acoustiques, d'endurance mécanique des robinets de chasse d'eau et robinets d'urinoirs à fermeture automatique ;
   les méthodes d'essais à employer pour vérifier ces caractéristiques ;
   les exigences du rupteur atmosphérique qui doit faire partie intégrante du robinet de chasse d'eau.
Elle s'applique dans les conditions de pression et température suivantes :
