Thermal insulation products for buildings - In-situ thermal insulation formed from expanded perlite (EP) products - Part 1: Specification for bonded and loose-fill products before installation
This European Standard specifies the requirements for expanded perlite products for in-situ installation in roofs, ceilings, walls and floors.
This Part 1 of the standard is a specification for the insulation products before installation covering the five product types, Perlite Aggregate (EPA), Coated Perlite (EPC), Bitumen Coated Perlite (EPB), Hydrophobic Perlite (EPH) and Premixed Perlite (EPM).
Part 1 of this European Standard describes the product characteristics and includes procedures for testing, evalua-tion of conformity, marking and labelling.
This standard does not specify the required level of a given property to be achieved by a product to demonstrate fitness for purpose in a particular application. The levels required for a given application are to be found in regulations or non-conflicting standards.
This European Standard does not cover factory made insulation products of formed shapes and boards made with expanded perlite.
The products covered by this standard are not intended to be used primarily for airborne sound insulation or sound absorption applications although they may improve the performance of the buildings in these respects when installed for their primary thermal insulation intended use.
Wärmedämmstoffe für Gebäude - An der Verwendungsstelle hergestellte Wärmedämmung aus Produkten mit expandiertem Perlite (EP) - Spezifikation für gebundene und Schüttstoffe vor dem Einbau
Dieses Dokument legt die Anforderungen an die vier Produktarten von expandiertem Perlite, Perlitekörner (en: Perlite Aggregate, EPA), beschichtetes Perlite (en: Coated Perlite, EPC), wasserabweisendes Perlite (en: Hydrophobic Perlite, EPH) und vorgemischtes Perlite (en: Premixed Perlite, EPM) fest, deren Gehalt an organischen Stoffen weniger als 1 % beträgt, wie in Anhang D für an der Verwendungsstelle hergestellte Wärmedämmung von Dächern, Decken, Wänden und Fußböden definiert.
Dieses Dokument ist eine Spezifikation für die wärmedämmenden Produkte vor dem Einbau.
Dieses Dokument beschreibt die Produktmerkmale und enthält Verfahren für Prüfung, Konformitätsbewertung sowie Kennzeichnung und Etikettierung.

Le présent document spécifie les exigences concernant les quatre types de produits de perlite expansée : granulats de perlite (EPA), perlite enrobée (EPC), perlite hydrophobe (EPH) et perlite prémélangée (EPM), contenant moins de 1 % de matériaux organiques selon la définition de l'Annexe D, destinés à l'isolation in situ des toitures, des plafonds, des murs et des planchers.
Le présent document est une spécification pour les isolants avant installation.
Le présent document décrit les caractéristiques du produit et comprend les procédures pour l'essai, l'évaluation de la conformité, le marquage et l'étiquetage.
