Copper and copper alloys - Hollow rod for free machining purposes

This European Standard specifies the composition, property requirements and dimensional tolerances for copper alloy hollow rod, finally produced by drawing or extruding, specifically intended for free machining purposes.
NOTE   Hollow products having an outside diameter greater than 80 mm and/or a wall thickness less than 2 mm are specified in EN 12449.
The sampling procedures, the methods of test for verification of conformity to the requirements of this European Standard, are also specified.

Kupfer und Kupferlegierungen - Hohlstangen für die spanende Bearbeitung

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Zusammensetzung, die Anforderungen an die Eigenschaften und die Grenzabmaße für durch Ziehen oder Pressen endgefertigte Hohlstangen, aus Kupferlegierungen für die spanende Bearbeitung fest. ANMERKUNG Hohlstangen mit einem Außendurchmesser über 80 mm und/oder einer Wanddicke unter 2 mm sind in EN 12449 festgelegt. Der Ablauf der Probenentnahme und die Prüfverfahren zur Feststellung der Übereinstimmung mit den Anforderungen dieser Norm sind ebenfalls festgelegt.

Cuivre et alliages de cuivre - Barres creuses pour décolletage

La présente Norme européenne spécifie la composition, les caractéristiques et les tolérances dimensionnelles des barres creuses en alliage de cuivre fabriquées par étirage ou filage, particulièrement conçues pour le décolletage.
NOTE   Les produits creux de diamètre extérieur supérieur à 80 mm et/ou d'épaisseur inférieure à 2 mm sont traités dans l’EN 12449.
Les procédures d'échantillonnage et les méthodes d'essai pour la vérification de la conformité aux prescriptions de la présente Norme européenne sont également spécifiées.

Dokument določa sestavo, zahteve za lastnosti in odstopke mer za ravne palice iz bakrovih zlitin, posebej za obdelavo z odrezovanjem na avtomatih. Opomba: Votle izdelke z zunanjim premerom, ki presega 80 mm, in/ali debelino stene pod 2 mm določa EN 12449. Določeni so tudi postopki vzorčenja in metode preskušanja za preverjanje skladnosti z zahtevami tega dokumenta ter pogoji dostave.
