Self adhesive tapes - Measurement of static shear adhesion (ISO 29863:2018)

This document specifies a series of methods for the determination of the ability of a pressure sensitive tape to remain adhered under a constant load applied parallel to the surfaces of the tape and substrate.
This document contains:

Klebebänder - Messung des Scherwiderstandes unter statischer Belastung (ISO 29863:2018)

Dieses Dokument legt eine Reihe von Verfahren fest zur Bestimmung der Fähigkeit druckempfindlicher Klebebänder, sich unter einer konstanten, parallel zur Oberfläche von Klebeband und Träger wirkenden Last nicht abzulösen.
Dieses Dokument beinhaltet:
   Verfahren A: Klebebänder — Messung des Scherwiderstandes auf einer genormten, vertikal angeordneten Prüfplatte aus Stahl;
   Verfahren B: Klebebänder — Messung des Scherwiderstandes auf einer vertikal angeordneten Prüfplatte, die mit einer genormten NIST SRM 1810A  Hartpappe abgedeckt ist;
   Verfahren C: Klebebänder — Messung des Scherwiderstandes auf einer vertikal angeordneten Prüfplatte, die mit einer Hartpappe abgedeckt ist, für die zwischen Käufer und Verkäufer Vereinbarungen getroffen wurden;
   Verfahren D: Klebebänder — Messung des Scherwiderstandes von faserverstärktem Klebeband, das auf eine genormte, horizontal angeordnete Prüfplatte aus Stahl aufgebracht wird;
   Verfahren E: Klebebänder — Messung des Scherwiderstandes von faserverstärktem Klebeband, das auf eine horizontal angeordnete Prüfplatte aufgebracht wird, die mit einer genormten NIST SRM 1810A1-Hartpappe abgedeckt ist;
   Verfahren F: Klebebänder — Messung des Scherwiderstandes von faserverstärktem Klebeband, das auf eine horizontal angeordnete Prüfplatte aufgebracht wird, die mit einer Hartpappe abgedeckt ist, für die zwischen Käufer und Verkäufer Vereinbarungen getroffen wurden;
   Verfahren G: Klebebänder — Messung des Scherwiderstandes auf einer vertikal angeordneten, genormten Prüfplatte aus Stahl bei erhöhter Temperatur nach 10 min Wartezeit.

Le présent document spécifie une série de méthodes permettant de déterminer l'aptitude d'un ruban adhésif sensible à la pression à rester collé sous l'effet d'une charge constante appliquée parallèlement aux surfaces du ruban et du support.
Le présent document contient:
—          méthode A: Rubans auto-adhésifs ? Mesure de la résistance au cisaillement statique sur une plaque en acier de référence en position verticale;

—          méthode F: Rubans auto-adhésifs ? Mesure de la résistance au cisaillement statique d'un ruban adhésif renforcé par des filaments sur une plaque en position horizontale revêtue d'un panneau de fibres de qualité convenue entre l'acheteur et le fournisseur;
—          méthode G: Rubans auto-adhésifs ? Mesure de la résistance au cisaillement statique sur une plaque en acier de référence en position verticale à une température élevée après un temps de fixation de 10 min.

International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and has been taken over as EN ISO 29863:2019 by
Technical Committee CEN/TC 193 “Adhesives” the secretariat of which is held by UNE.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an
identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by December 2019, and conflicting national standards
shall be withdrawn at the latest by December 2019.
