Leather - Tests for colour fastness - Colour fastness to migration into polymeric material (ISO 15701:2022)

This document specifies a method for assessing the propensity of dyes and pigments to migrate from leather to a synthetic substrate by determining the transfer of colour from the leather to white polymeric material in contact with it.
This method is applicable to leather of all kinds at any stage of processing.

Dieses Dokument legt ein Verfahren zur Beurteilung der Migrationsneigung von Farbstoffen und Pigmenten aus Leder in eine synthetische Unterlage fest, bei dem der Farbübergang vom Leder in den mit ihm in Berührung befindlichen weißen Polymerwerkstoff bestimmt wird.
Dieses Verfahren ist auf Leder aller Arten und in allen Verarbeitungszuständen anwendbar.

Le présent document spécifie une méthode d’évaluation de la propension des colorants et des pigments à migrer du cuir dans une matrice synthétique, en déterminant le transfert de la coloration depuis le cuir vers un matériau polymère blanc en contact avec celui-ci.
La présente méthode est applicable à tous les types de cuir, à toutes les étapes de leur traitement.

Ta dokument določa metodo za ocenjevanje nagnjenosti barvil in pigmentov k prenosu z usnja na sintetično podlago z določanjem prenosa barve z usnja na bel polimerni material, ki je v stiku z njim. Ta metoda se uporablja za vse vrste usnja na kateri koli stopnji obdelave.

This document (EN ISO 15701:2022) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/IULTCS
"International Union of Leather Technologists and Chemists Societies" in collaboration with Technical
Committee CEN/TC 289 “Leather” the secretariat of which is held by UNI.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an
identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by February 2023, and conflicting national standards
shall be withdrawn at the latest by February 2023.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of
