ISO 15701:2015 specifies a method for assessing the propensity of dyes and pigments to migrate from leather to a synthetic substrate by determining the transfer of colour from the leather to white plasticized poly(vinyl chloride) in contact with it. This method is suitable for leather of all kinds at any stage of processing.

Diese Internationale Norm legt ein Verfahren zur Beurteilung der Migrationsneigung von Farbstoffen und Pigmenten aus Leder in eine synthetische Unterlage fest, bei dem der Farbübergang vom Leder in das mit ihm in Berührung befindliche weiße Weichpolyvinylchlorid bestimmt wird.
Dieses Verfahren ist für Leder jeder Art und in allen Verarbeitungszuständen geeignet.
ANMERKUNG Prüfungen zum Bestimmen des Farbübergangs aus dem Leder mit anderen polymeren Materialien (z. B. thermoplastisches Polyurethan) sind ebenfalls möglich.

L'ISO 15701:2015 spécifie une méthode d'évaluation de la propension des colorants et des pigments à migrer du cuir dans un tissu synthétique, en déterminant le transfert de la coloration depuis le cuir vers un poly(chlorure de vinyle) plastifié blanc en contact avec celui-ci. La présente méthode est adaptée à tous les types de cuir, à toutes les étapes de leur traitement.

This document (EN ISO 15701:2015) has been prepared by IULTCS “International Union of Leather
Technologists and Chemists Societies" in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 289 “Leather” the
secretariat of which is held by UNI.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by October 2015, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at
the latest by October 2015.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent
rights. CEN [and/or CENELEC] shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights.
This document supersedes EN 15701:1999.

Wenn aus diesem Norm-Entwurf eine Europäische Norm wird, sind die CEN-Mitglieder gehalten, die CEN-Geschäftsordnung zu erfüllen, in der die Bedingungen festgelegt sind, unter denen dieser Europäischen Norm ohne jede Änderung der Status einer nationalen Norm zu geben ist.
