EN 14296:2005

Sanitary appliances - Communal washing troughs

This standard specifies requirements for the cleanability, load resistance and durability of communal washing troughs for domestic purposes.
NOTE   For the purposes of this standard the term "domestic purposes" includes use in factory changing-rooms, sportsclubs, accommodation for students, hospitals and similar buildings, except when special medical provisions are required.

Diese Europäische Norm legt Anforderungen an die Reinigbarkeit, statische Belastbarkeit und Dauerhaftigkeit
von Reihenwaschanlagen für den Hausgebrauch fest.
ANMERKUNG Im Sinne dieser Norm schließt der Begriff �für den Hausgebrauchil den Einsatz in Werksumkleide-
räumen, Sportklubs, Studentenwohnheimen, Krankenhäusern und ähnlichen Einrichtungen ein; ausgenommen ist die
medizinische Verwendung.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les prescriptions de performance en matière d�aptitude au nettoyage,
de résistance à la charge et de durabilité des lavabos collectifs à usage domestique.
NOTE Pour les besoins de la présente Norme européenne, les termes « à usage domestique » recouvrent les
usages dans les vestiaires des usines, des salles de sport, des foyers pour étudiants, des hôpitaux et autres bâtiments
similaires sauf s�ils font l�objet de dispositions médicales particulières.
