Flanges and their joint - Circular flanges for pipes, valves, fittings and accessories, class designated - Part 4: Aluminium alloy flanges

This European standard specifies requirements for Class designated circular flanges for pipes, valves, fittings and accessories made from aluminium alloy in the range of DN 15 to DN 600 (NPS 1/2 to NPS 24) and Class 150 to Class 300 (see Table 1).
This standard specifies the types of flanges and their facings, dimensions and tolerances, bolt sizes, surface finish of jointing faces, marking and materials together with associated pressure temperature (p/T) ratings.
The flanges are intended to be used for piping as well as for pressure vessels.

Diese Europäische Norm legt Anforderungen an Class-bezeichnete kreisförmige Flansche für Rohre, Armaturen, Rohrform-stücke und Zubehörteile fest. Die Flansche werden hergestellt aus Aluminiumlegierung im Bereich DN 15 bis DN 600 (NPS 1/2 bis NPS 24) und Class 150 bis Class 300 (siehe Tabelle 1).
Diese Norm legt die Typen der Flansche und ihre Dichtflächen, die Maße und Toleranzen, die Schraubengrößen, die Oberflächengüte der Dichtflächen, die Kennzeichnung, die Werkstoffe zusammen mit zugehörigen Druck/Temperatur-Zuordnungen fest.
Die Flansche sind vorgesehen für den Einsatz sowohl bei Rohrleitungen als auch bei Druckbehältern.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences applicables aux brides circulaires désignées Class pour tubes, appareils de robinetterie, raccords et accessoires en alliages d'aluminium dans les gammes de DN 15 à DN 600 (NPS ½ à NPS 24) et pour les Class 150 à Class 300 (voir Tableau 1).
La présente Norme spécifie les types de brides et leurs portées de joints, les dimensions et tolérances, les dimensions de boulonnerie, les états de surface des portées de joints, le marquage et les matériaux ainsi que les relations pression/température (p/T) associées.
Les brides sont prévues pour être utilisée sur les réseaux de tuyauteries ainsi que sur les appareils à pression.
