Thermal insulation products for buildings - In-situ thermal insulation formed from exfoliated vermiculite (EV) products - Part 1: Specification for bonded and loose-fill products before installation
This European Standard specifies the requirements for the four types of exfoliated vermiculite products Vermiculite Aggregate (EVA), Coated Vermiculite (EVC), Hydrophobic Vermiculite (EVH) and Premixed Vermiculite (EVM), containing less than 1 % organic material as defined by annex D for in-situ insulation of roofs, ceilings, walls and floors.
This Part 1 of this standard is a specification for the insulation products before installation.
This Part 1 of this standard describes the product characteristics and includes procedures for testing, evalua-tion of conformity, marking and labelling.
This European Standard does not specify the required level of a given property to be achieved by a product to demonstrate fitness for purpose in a particular application. The levels required for a given application are to be found in regulations or non-conflicting standards.
This European Standard does not cover factory made insulation products of formed shapes and boards made with exfoliated vermiculite or in-situ products intended to be used for the insulation of building equipment and industrial installations.
This European Standard does not specify performance requirements for airborne sound insulation and for acoustic absorption applications.
Wärmedämmstoffe für Gebäude - An der Verwendungsstelle hergestellte Wärmedämmung mit Produkten aus expandiertem Vermiculite (EV) - Teil 1: Spezifikation für gebundene und Schüttdämstoffe vor dem Einbau
Dieses Dokument legt die Anforderungen an die vier Produktarten von expandiertem Vermiculite, Vermiculitekörner (en: Vermiculite Aggregate, EVA), beschichtetes Vermiculite (en: Coated Vermiculite, EVC), Wasserabweisendes Vermiculite (en: Hydrophobic Vermiculite, EVH) und vorgemischtes Vermiculite (en: Premixed Vermiculite, EVM) fest, deren Gehalt an organischen Stoffen weniger als 1 % beträgt, wie in Anhang D für an der Verwendungsstelle hergestellte Wärmedämmung von Dächern, Decken, Wänden und Fußböden definiert.
Der vorliegende Teil 1 dieser Norm ist eine Spezifikation für die wärmedämmenden Produkte vor dem Einbau.
Dieser Teil 1 der Norm beschreibt die Produktmerkmale und enthält Verfahren für Prüfung, Konformitätsbewertung sowie Kennzeichnung und Etikettierung.
Dieses Dokument legt keine Anforderungsstufen für eine bestimmte Eigenschaft fest, die ein Produkt erreichen muss, um für einen bestimmten Anwendungszweck gebrauchstauglich zu sein. Le présent document spécifie les exigences concernant les quatre types de produits en vermiculite exfoliée : granulats de vermiculite (EVA), vermiculite enrobée (EVC), vermiculite hydrophobe (EVH) et vermiculite prémélangée (EVM), contenant moins de 1 % de matériaux organiques selon la définition de l'Annexe D concernant l'isolation in situ des toitures, des combles, des murs et des planchers.
