Paints and varnishes - Examination and preparation of test samples (ISO 1513:2010)

ISO 1513:2010 specifies both the procedure for preliminary examination of a single sample, as received for testing, and the procedure for preparing a test sample by blending and reduction of a series of samples representative of a consignment or bulk of paint, varnish or related product.

Beschichtungssstoffe - Prüfung und Vorbereitung von Proben (ISO 1513:2010)

Diese Internationale Norm legt fest, wie eine einzelne zur Prüfung angelieferte Probe vorzuprüfen ist. Außerdem
legt sie das Herstellen einer Probe durch Mischen und Verjüngen aus einer Reihe von Proben fest, die
für eine Liefer- oder Gesamtmenge eines Beschichtungsstoffes oder ähnlichen Produktes repräsentativ ist.
ANMERKUNG Die Proben des zu prüfenden Produktes entsprechen ISO 15528.

L'ISO 1513:2010 spécifie le mode opératoire d'examen préliminaire d'un échantillon unique tel qu'il a été reçu pour essai ainsi que le mode opératoire de préparation d'un échantillon pour essai par mélange et réduction d'une série d'échantillons représentatifs d'une expédition ou d'une livraison en vrac de peinture, de vernis ou produit assimilé.

Ta mednarodni standard določa postopek za preliminarni pregled enega vzorca, kot je bil prejet za preskušanje, in postopek za pripravo vzorca za preskušanje z mešanjem in zmanjševanjem vrste vzorcev, reprezentativnih za pošiljko ali nepakirane barve, lake ali sorodne proizvode.

This document (EN ISO 1513:2010) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 35 "Paints and
varnishes" in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 139 “Paints and varnishes” the secretariat of
which is held by DIN.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by November 2010, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn
at the latest by November 2010.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent
rights. CEN [and/or CENELEC] shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights.
This document supersedes EN ISO 1513:1994.
