Welding consumables - Test methods - Part 1: Test methods for all-weld metal test specimens in steel, nickel and nickel alloys (ISO 15792-1:2000)

This standard specifies preparation of test assembly and specimens. The purpose is to determine mechanical properties of all-weld metal where required by the consumables classifications standard or for other purposes in arc welding of steel, nickel and nickel alloys. This standard is not applicable to single- or two-pass welding or fillet welding. For these cases, EN ISO 15792-2 and EN ISO 15792-3 apply.

Dieser Teil von ISO 15792 legt die Herstellung des Prüfstücks und der Proben fest. Der Zweck ist die Bestimmung der mechanischen Eigenschaften des reinen Schweißgutes, wenn sie durch Normen zur Einteilung von Schweißzusätzen oder für andere Zwecke beim Lichtbogenschweißen von Stahl, Nickel und Nickellegierungen gefordert werden.
Dieser Teil von ISO 15792 gilt nicht für Einlagen-, Lage/Gegenlage-Schweißungen oder Kehlnaht-Schwei-ßungen. Für diese Fälle gilt ISO 15792-2 und ISO 15792-3.

Ta del standarda ISO 15792 opisuje pripravo preskušanca in vzorcev. Namen je določanje mehanske lastnosti čistega vara, kjer je to zahtevano s standardom za razvrščanje dodajnih materialov, ali za druge namene pri obločnem varjenju jekla, niklja in nikljevih zlitin. Ta del standarda ISO 15792 se ne uporablja za enopotezno, dvopotezno ali kotno varjenje. V teh primerih se uporabljata standarda ISO 15792-2 in ISO 15792-3.

Foreword
The text of ISO 15792-1:2000 has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 44 “Welding and allied
processes” of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and has been taken over as EN ISO
15792-1:2008 by Technical Committee CEN/TC 121 “Welding” the secretariat of which is held by DIN.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by November 2008, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn
at the latest by November 2008.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent
rights. CEN [and/or CENELEC] shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights.
This document supersedes EN 1597-1:1997.
