Stationary training equipment - Part 4: Strength training benches, additional specific safety requirements and test methods

This part of EN 957 specifies safety requirements for stationary strength training benches and free-standing barbell racks used to perform exercises during use in addition to the general safety requirements of prEN 957-1. This part of EN 957 is applicable to stationary training equipment type brenches (type 4) (hereinafter referred to as benches) with the classes S and H.

Dieser Teil der EN 957 gilt für stationäre Trainingsgeräte vom Typ Bänke (Typ 4) (im folgenden Bänke genannt) der Klassen S und H.

La présente partie de l'EN 957 précise les exigences de sécurité relatives aux bancs pour haltères fixes et aux repose-haltères indépendants utilisés pour effectuer les exercices, et complète les exigences de sécurité élémentaires du prEN 957-1. Elle s'applique aux appareils d'entraînement fixes de type bancs (type 4), (ci-après appelés bancs) des classes S et H.
