Windows and doors - Wetness and splash water proof door leaves - Test and classification

This European Standard identifies the performance characteristic that is applicable to door leaves for pedestrian doors, independent of the material, that are exposed to extended periods of wetness and/or frequent splash water.
NOTE   Rain is not considered as “frequent splash water” condition.
This European Standard does not apply to:
-   door leaves exposed to liquid having a pH value lower than 5.5 or higher than 8.5;
-   door frames, complete door assemblies or doorsets.

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Leistungseigenschaft fest, die für Türblätter unabhängig vom Werkstoff gilt, die während längerer Zeiträume Feuchtigkeit und/oder häufigem Spritzwasser ausgesetzt sind.
ANMERKUNG   Regen wird nicht als Situation mit „häufigem Spritzwasser“ angesehen.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht für
   Türblätter, die Flüssigkeiten mit einem pH-Wert unter 5,5 oder über 8,5 ausgesetzt sind;
   Türzargen, vollständige Türen bzw. Türelemente.

Portes et fenêtres - Vantaux de portes résistants à l'humidité et aux projections d'eau - Essai et classification

La présente Norme européenne identifie les caractéristiques de performances applicables aux vantaux de portes pour les portes piétonnes exposés à de longues périodes d'humidité et/ou à de fréquentes projections d’eau, quel que soit le matériau.
NOTE   La pluie n’est pas considérée comme répondant à la condition «fréquentes projections d’eau ».
La présente norme européenne ne s'applique pas :
   aux vantaux de portes exposés à des liquides ayant une valeur de pH inférieure à 5,5 ou supérieure à 8,5 ;
   aux dormants de portes, bloc-portes ou assemblages de portes complets.

Ta evropski standard določa neodvisne zahteve za posebne lastnosti materialov, ki veljajo za vratna krila, ki so daljša časovna obdobja izpostavljena vlagi in pogostemu pršenju vode.
Ta evropski standard se ne uporablja za vrata, nameščena v okoljih z jedkimi snovmi, ali vrata, ki se čistijo z jedkimi čistili, katerih pH je nižji od 5 ali višji od 9.
