Le présent document spécifie les exigences relatives aux détonateurs électriques et non électriques, aux charges de détonateurs, aux détonateurs électroniques, aux systèmes d’amorçage électronique, aux connecteurs de surface, aux fils d’amorce, aux tubes à transmission d’ondes de choc, aux manchons d’accouplement et aux relais pour cordeau détonant.
Il spécifie également la classification des connecteurs électriques.
Le présent document ne couvre pas les dispositifs et les accessoires pour la fiabilité et la sécurité de fonctionnement des détonateurs et des relais (voir l’EN 13763 26:2004).
