Rubber hose assemblies for oil suction and discharge services - Specification for the assemblies

This European Standard specifies the characteristics of four types of oil suction and discharge hose assemblies used for the conveyance of petroleum, including crude oils and other liquid petroleum products containing a maximum aromatics content of 50 % (v/v). It is not suitable for liquefied petroleum gas and natural gas.
Hose assemblies to this document can be used in the temperature range −20 °C to 82 °C.
The hoses specified are in the size range of nominal bore 50 to 500 and may be smooth bore, rough bore or armoured rough bore.
Hoses for use with petroleum products having an aromatic content greater than 50 % (v/v) are outside the scope of this document but the requirements may be used as a basis for such hoses on request to the manufacturer.

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Anforderungen an vier Typen von Schlauchleitungen zum Ansaugen und Fördern von Öl fest; diese werden zum Transport von Erdöl einschließlich Rohöl und anderer flüssiger Erdölerzeugnisse mit einem maximalen Volumenanteil an Aromaten von 50 % verwendet. Sie sind nicht einsetzbar für verflüssigtes Gas und Erdgas.
Schlauchleitungen entsprechend diesem Dokument können in einem Temperaturbereich von −20 °C bis +82 °C eingesetzt werden.
Die festgelegten Schläuche sind in einem Größenbereich vom Nenndurchmesser 50 bis 500 und können eine glatte, eine raue oder eine verstärkte raue Innenschicht haben.
Schläuche zur Verwendung mit Erdölerzeugnissen, die einen Volumenanteil an Aromaten von mehr als 50 % haben, liegen außerhalb des Anwendungsbereichs dieses Dokuments; die Anforderungen können aber als Grundlage für solche Schläuche bei Anfragen an den Hersteller verwendet werden.

Flexibles en caoutchouc pour chargement et déchargement des produits pétroliers - Spécifications pour les flexibles

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les caractéristiques de quatre types de flexibles pour chargement et déchargement utilisés pour transporter des produits pétroliers, y compris les pétroles bruts et autres produits pétroliers ayant une teneur maximale en aromatiques de 50 % (v/v). Elle ne convient pas aux flexibles pour le gaz de pétrole liquéfié et le gaz naturel.
Les flexibles concernés par le présent document peuvent être utilisés à des températures comprises entre -20 °C et 82 °C.
La dimension du diamètre nominal des flexibles spécifiés est comprise entre 50 et 500. Le revêtement peut être lisse, rugueux ou rugueux armé.
Les tuyaux utilisés pour les produits pétroliers ayant une teneur en aromatique supérieure à 50 % (v/v) n’entrent pas dans le domaine d'application du présent document. Cependant, sur demande auprès du fabricant, les exigences du présent document peuvent servir de base pour ces tuyaux.

Ta osnutek evropskega standarda določa lastnosti štirih vrst cevnih priključkov za dotok in odtok nafte ter naftnih derivatov, ki se uporabljajo za prenos nafte, vključno s surovo nafto in drugimi tekočimi naftnimi proizvodi z največ 50-odstotno vsebnostjo aromatov (v/v). Ni primeren za utekočinjeni naftni plin in zemeljski plin.
Cevni priključki v skladu s tem dokumentom se lahko uporabljajo v temperaturnem razponu od −20 °C do 82 °C.
