This European standard specifies the characteristics of flexible sheets for underlays for walls which are to be used in walls behind outside wall coverings in order to avoid penetration of wind and water from outside. It specifies the requirements and test methods and provides for the evaluation of conformity of the products with the requirements of this document.

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Eigenschaften von Abdichtungsbahnen zur Anwendung als Unterdeck- und Unterspannbahnen für Wände fest, die hinter außenseitigen Wandverkleidungen zu verlegen sind, um das Eindringen von Wind und Wasser von außen zu verhindern. Sie legt die Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren fest und behandelt die Bewertung der Konformität der Produkte nach den hierin angegebenen Anforderungen.

Elle exprime les spécifications et les méthodes d’essai destinées à évaluer la conformité des produits avec les exigences du présent document.
