ISO 8502-2:2017 describes a method for the determination of chloride-containing salts that are readily soluble in water and are present on a steel surface. The method is also applicable to previously coated surfaces. ISO 8502-2:2017 includes a method, applicable in the field or in the laboratory, for washing off the surface while several methods are referred to for chloride analyses.

Dieser Teil von ISO 8502 beschreibt ein Verfahren zum Bestimmen von in Wasser leicht löslichen chloridhaltigen Salzen, die sich auf einer Stahloberfläche befinden. Das Verfahren ist auch bei beschichteten Oberflächen anwendbar. Dieser Teil von ISO 8502 beinhaltet ein Verfahren zum Waschen der Oberfläche unter Verwendung verschiedener Analyseverfahren zur Bestimmung chloridhaltiger Salze, welches sowohl auf der Baustelle als auch im Labor durchgeführt werden kann.
Das Verfahren ist zum Bestimmen von Salzen anwendbar, die durch den Reinigungsprozess eingeschleppt wurden oder die sich vor oder nach dem Reinigen abgelagert haben.
ANMERKUNG 1 ISO 8502-5 beschreibt eine Feldprüfung zum Bestimmen von Chloridionen auf einer Oberfläche.
ANMERKUNG 2 Die Genauigkeit des Verfahrens ist durch die Genauigkeit der gewählten Analyseverfahren als auch durch die Unsicherheiten bei der Probenahme eingeschränkt. Mit dem Extraktionsverfahren werden möglicherweise nicht alle wasserlöslichen Werkstoffe von der Oberfläche entfernt, da sich:
— lösliche Stoffe, die sich in Spalten, unter Werkstoff-Falten oder am Boden von Gräben, verstecken und
— lösliche Stoffe, die sich unter Korrosionsschichten, Passivierungsschichten, Hemmern, Öl, Fett oder anderen unsichtbaren dünnen Filmen, wie diesen Grenzschichten, verstecken und den Kontakt mit dem darunterliegenden Salz, zu dessen Entfernung, verhindern können.
ANMERKUNG 3 Die Haltbarkeit eines Beschichtungssystems wird durch die auf der Stahloberfläche verbleibenden löslichen Chloride beeinträchtigt. Der vertretbare Grenzwert für diese Verunreinigung hängt von den Einsatzbedingungen ab. Für weitere Angaben zu Graden der Verunreinigung durch wasserlösliche Salze siehe ISO/TR 15235.

ISO 8502-2:2017 décrit une méthode de recherche des sels contenant des chlorures très solubles dans l'eau et présents à la surface d'un subjectile d'acier. Cette méthode est également applicable à des surfaces qui ont déjà été revêtues. ISO 8502-2-:2017 comporte une méthode, applicable sur site ou en laboratoire, de nettoyage de la surface, tandis qu'il est fait référence à plusieurs autres méthodes pour les analyses des chlorures.

OPOMBA 3: Zmogljivost sistema barvil je odvisna od količine topnega klorida, ki ostane na površini. Sprejemljiva raven te onesnaženosti je povezana s pogoji delovanja. Za dodatne informacije glede ravni onesnaženosti z vodotopno soljo glej standard ISO/TR 15235.

and varnishes" in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 139 “Paints and varnishes” the
